ironically doesn't like ghost stories. unfortunately for him, dotty loves these stories and not only is she good at telling them but she specifically goes out of her way to tease him.
terrified of snakes. someone gave him one of those cans with the fake snakes that pop out once and if it wasn't for the fact that he's already dead he probably would have died of a heart attack.
surprisingly a heavy drinker, but only in solitude. he has to be the responsible one, after all. dotty would crack jokes that he prefers lighter, fruitier drinks, which is 100% untrue. they're fine, but straight scotch makes the self hate go away for a little while.
starved for affection. if someone were to genuinely hug him, he'd revel in it for a while.
anthonn doesn't remember much of his life before the castle/circus. he knows he must have had parents, but he doesn't remember their faces or their names; he doesn't remember if he had any brothers or sisters. he isn't sure if this is because of ryshimar or if it's because he's been "alive" for so long. there's no canon evidence to support this. i just thought of it the other day and thought it would be interesting.
despite his desire to make them all as happy as possible, he tries his best not to get too close to any of the residents in the circus, because he knows that someday he'll have to do the unforgivable. rainah was once, and still is on some uncomfortable level, his best friend.
because of this, anthonn is incredibly lonely. he tells ryshimar that he has to watch all the residents "dance and live and laugh and die". i know there's still canon debate on whether or not tonny can be trusted, if he's good, but i honestly don't think anybody would put themselves through such misery if they weren't genuinely a good person. he longs for death, but he refuses because he believes he's the only one who can do his job. i feel like he might be trying to make up for something he did a long time ago; he owes a debt to ryishimar but it's a debt he doesn't feel good about repaying because of what it's doing to the people he loves. he's torn between his loved ones and a deity that might not be worth worshipping. "i'm ashamed to have allowed myself to lose all respect for you". tonny, honey, were you in a cult?
if it weren't for the instant healing, i feel like this guy's back would be a wreck. i mean, kids are constantly using him as a jungle gym. my back hurt just reading that introduction.
prone to burning himself out, and it's not always the work load that gets to him, but the stress of everything. you ever see that bob's burgers episode where bob gets his burnout and loses his mind a lil bit? that's anthonn.
