Liholiho Yaht club is one of my favorite places in SF after going there for my mom's birthday last year. The food was well made and tasted amazing. Duck is another meat that I always enjoy. Again it has a flavor profile that I feel surpasses the meat we typically eat. Ever since I tasted lamb meat it's consistently been one of my favorite meats to eat. I think it has to do with the gamey taste that most people dislike. However, I think it adds a flavor that can add to the overall dish.
