The time has come ...
I have been saying it for a while now, but it’s time to leave the cigarettes behind and built up my health again. The reason? I wanted to try this new 12-weeks-excercise-plan to get into shape again, and I didn’t even manage to complete the first session, due to the lack of any form of basic level of cardio fitness.
