ik crazy ahh title, but this is something that has worked for me.

name your 'subconscious' something. something personal/weird whatever. and treat it like your best friend. your subconscious listens to EVERYTHING. it's there to be helping you. (cuz it's lit you but okay) so just talk to it like

"[name] omg i'm so happy we're shifting tonight. i know you're gonna help cuz you're in charge tonight"

"[name] we're going to get into the void. I'M SOOO HAPPY YOU'LL HELP ME!!"

idk why it worked, but it helped me manifest a lot.

2. name your doubts. whenever a doubt pops up, think of it as a separate entity. think of it as a dumb bitch karen who's here to irritate you. name it and CUSS the fuck out of it.

"oh we're never going to be able to-" shut up karen. why don't you let the important people handle it

i now have almost zero doubts because of this

it sucks how, as a minority, you have to be exceptional in order for people to pay attention to you. you literally can't be average; you will always have something to prove, otherwise you'll just be ignored and undermined (if you're not already).

of course it's not a bad thing to be exceptional, but when you get told that you matter only if you beat the odds and are the best of the best, especially when there are others (usually non-marginalized ppl) who receive praise for doing much less than what you're expected to do, it's just really unfair.
