Air (Roller Coaster) & Nam (Poisonous Love) are pretty much the same character. Both strung along Pure (RC) & Pat (PL) for years only to cry victim when their breadcrumbing stopped working and their prey decided to move on. Only real difference is that Air’s manipulation is portrayed in a more sympathetic light.

After three years of bread crumbing Pure while married to Lamp, it was so satisfying to see Air get her heart ripped out at discovering that Loft (her ex-sister-in-law) is who Pure has chosen to move on with. That’s karma, baby! That said though, we the audience just know that toxic Air is going to cause trouble for everyone in the next episode.

Khun Nueng, ML Sippakorn, is one of my favourite characters in all of Thai GLs. All three women who’ve depicted her brought something unique to her. Mind brought a chaotic energy in GAP, who came off as kind of flaky at first but really came through for her little sister when it counted. Faye brought vulnerability to Nueng in BLANK, a deeply complex woman who believes that no one is worthy of her only to be proven wrong upon meeting the much younger Anueng. Anna was elegant & mischievous in her brief cameo in AFFAIR, a much more healed and fun version of Nueng, someone who wanted to help her dear friend Dr. Wan Viva in their time of need. I adore all three versions of Nueng.

I was rewatching ep2 of Blank the series, and it's quite funny how some people don't realise why Anueng is acting like that with Nueng. Sure, a bit later in the series, you see how she acts with her grandma/parents and/or Folk compered to how she acts with Nueng. You see how she puts on the "annoying act" with KN.

But in this scene:.

You can see how when KN walks away and Anueng sees that KN didn't give in to her, Anueng's expression changes immediately. It's almost always the small things and the subtle changes that sell the characters.

If you actually pay attention, you can pick up quite early that Anueng is purposely annoying. But I quess some people just don't want to see what's in front of them.

Anueng is endearingly annoying. It’s totally obvious that her behaviour is intentional, every act is meant to get under her crush’s skin. Honestly, Khun Nueng deserves all the kudos for holding out for as long as she did. If I was in her shoes, I’d probably have folded in half that time.
