starving while having a bf, a full time job, and being in college is actually so fucking hard. don’t get me wrong i have no problem not eating, it’s the fact that everywhere i go food is offered and people notice like stop stop stop let me starve please

ohhh i’m relapsing…. everything fucking sucks i’m in college and i have a full time job and i hate everything and losing 20lbs will fix it i swear

been stuck at 116 now but it could be worse ig

i hate that if i eat a normal meal and drink some water BOOM +2lbs. LIKE STOP IT i know im restricting why cant i list lose 1lb everyday :(

i know i’ve been restricting enough this week bc my heart won’t stop pounding and the brain fog is settling in :)

didn’t fast but i’ve been eating good this week! also started wearing my waist trainer again 🙏

omad today is a tuna poke bowl from core life and a cup of veggie broth <3 330 total cals for today and going to try 24 hour fast when i’m done :)

body checks from my lw when i thought i was huge :,) im huge now and would give anything to be back here..

i was 100lbs in these and that’s my lw :,) i need to get back!!!!! (covered my face and tattoo in the second one to prevent identification)

i’m back down to 118!!!!! exciting this happening yay yay, my first goal is 115 so that’s only 3lbs away!!!!
