Are you satisfied with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But little is the enjoyment of the life of this world as compared with the Hereafter.
ー Quraan, 9:38
Allaah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity.
ー Quraan, 2:286
the real “glow up” is internal
How great is it, to have Allah as your Lord. His Mercy embraces you; whatever you do, He is still there. He listens, He heals, He forgives. Over and over again, He never leaves you. He says, even if the whole world was against you, and you had Him, you will be save. So run, run to Allah, go back to Him. Seek His forgiveness and let His Mercy embrace you.
Speak to yourself softly. Even when you are burning and all you want to do is tear it all down, you deserve kindness.
Verily, your Lord is full of kindness and merciful
Holy Qur’an, al-Nahl 47
““Patience attracts the treasures of higher knowledge. Impatience repels them. In the higher states of existence, nothing can be achieved by haste and unrest. Every impulse of impatience has a destructive and paralysing effect. Boundless insights into the higher worlds must not be expected from one day to the next, for then as a rule, they will certainly not come””
— Rudolf Steiner
“The best gift you are ever going to give someone - the permission to feel safe in their own skin. To feel worthy. To feel like they are enough.”
— Hannah Brechner (via thoughtkick)
