An organic Colombian coffee with notes of raspberry, pear and sugared almond with a milk chocolate finish.💚⠀ ⠀ This coffee comes from Argelia, Cauca region, from Diomira Ordoñez farm. 👨🏽‍🌾⠀ On the farm the coffee is planted among citrus and pineapple trees which help to provide shade. During the harvest from May to September the coffee is hand-picked and then pulped on the same day of collection. The coffee is then left to ferment for 14 hours in concrete tanks before then being washed and then dried in a parabolic drier for 8 – 10 days.⠀ ⠀ This is just a little part of a journey of this amazing coffee, you can read more about it on our web, as well as buy and enjoy at home! 👍🏼⠀ ⠀ ～ ～ ～ ～ ～ ⠀ ⠀ Un café orgánico de Colombia con notas de frambuesa, pera y almendra azucarada con un final de chocolate con leche.💚⠀ ⠀ Este café viene de Argelia, región del Cauca, de la finca de Diomira Ordoñez.👨🏽‍🌾⠀ En la finca el café está plantado entre árboles de cítricos y piña que ayudan a dar sombra. Durante la cosecha, de mayo a septiembre, el café se recoge a mano y se despulpa el mismo día de la recolección.
