Decided to upload this as it's own post instead of a reblog because I didn't like how the reblog looked on my blog haha

Anyway I made a coloured version of this post! Still thinking about doing some comic panels but I'm attending Heroes Dutch Comic Con next weekend so I'm a bit busy with preparations for that.

But after... I will hyperfocus again... surely this is healthy right

It's got to have to take time to learn and internalise that he's allowed to be happy again, if he gets cured. A lifetime of not being able to let happiness in, or risk death. On top of that, the guilt of the repeated memory wipes. Ooooof. 😭

I think he'd be so touch-starved but at the same time, it would be a trigger for his trauma. But Olruggio would be there to help him through it.

If I'm brave enough, I might dare to draw a few comic panels about this

Out of all spells you’ve seen so far as your time as a witch, what spell has inspired you the most?

Hm.. Maybe the Serpents bed of sand? It was made by my friends! They're so cool, and awesome.. Really any spell they do inspires me, so it truly is hard to pick from any spell that I know of!

Okay okay, Master Qifrey or Master Olly? Who would you pick to go to if:

1. You had a nightmare

2. You needed help with a spell

3. You used forbidden magic again and froze Agott

4. The Knights Moralis were after you

5. You’ve outgrown your current cloak and cap.

Oh my.. Uhmmm.. Well, if I had a nightmare.. I would definitely go to Master Qifrey. Help with a spell though.. It depends what kind of spell! If it's something water related I would ask Master Qifrey for help. But if it was a fire related spell, I would probably ask Master Olruggio! But.. A forbidden spell.. I would never use one of those again! But.. If for some reason I did.. Maybe I'd ask Master Olruggio..? Since he's good with fire magic, maybe he could help unfreeze Agott..? I'd really hope she wouldn't get frost bite, so I'd probably work day and night to unfreeze her! If the Knights moralis were after me, I'd go to master Qifrey. Master doesn't really want anything bad to happen to me, so I think he'd be much better at protecting me..? Especially since at first master Olruggio wanted to give me away to the great Hall.. And if I had outgrown my cap and cloak, I'd go to Master Qifrey. He was the one who originally gave me them, so he'd most likely be the one responsible for replacing them.

Uhmmm.. I'd say Tetia makes some pretty good jokes! Agott doesn't really make any jokes though.. She's very serious. I wish she would loosen up a bit and all..

One day I really want to write a long analysis of WHA clothing and how Shirahama just gets it on so many different levels. But now I just wanted to share one thought.

How an outfit of an apprentice represents their teacher.

1. The girls' outfits look like they are meant for children who like to play in a garden, get dirty and are very active. It really shows how Qifrey views a proper childhood. They are shorter, made out of less fancy looking but probably more durable material.

Euini's outfit doesn't look very comfy, nor like it's meant for a child. It looks like he is supposed to be still, focus on study and represent Kukrow well among other witches in the Great Hall.

2. Qifrey's apprentices are not just little copies of him. Yes, he made sure that this familiar teacher-apprentice bond, that is so important to witches, is visible in their clothing. What's more, the blue capes not only reference Qifrey, but also other members of his "witch family" - Olruggio and Beldaruit. Still, they are not just small copies, his students are his own people.

On the other hand, Kukrow made out of Euini his little and less fancy copy.

Uhm.. No I don't think I am. I think Agott definitely is though, because she's really awesome. She's strong, she's courageous, she's smart.. Not to mention extremely pretty.. I- I mean! In a platonic sort of way, of course!
