âDisordered Eatingâ Things
- Simultaneously eating like a normal person and mentally lashing yourself for it.
- Not eating when you feel angry or sad, but then a few hours later you eat a bag of chocolate marshmallows because you somehow convince yourself it doesnât count.

- Looking at thinspo at night and crying because you feel ugly
- The 5th grader pitch screaming in your head as you take another bite of food.
- a week of super healthy eating and working out followed by two weeks of unhealthy eatingÂ
- constantly shifting of wanting to look like a toned fitness model, to a thicc slim, to a skeleton fairyÂ
- *eating something* *someone comments on the thing you are eating* *stops eating thing* *50/50 chance you may eat it later*
- oh yeah, random moments of eating something before spontaneously destroying the food or tossing itÂ

- wishing you were anorexic knowing you shouldn'tÂ

eating healthy actually feels really good. like I feel so much more clear headed and less lethargic and properly satisfied. if you're someone who eats a lot of junk and especially high sugar foods, try to cut down for a couple of days and you'll genuinely see such a difference in how you feel and eventually in how you look

So Iâm 5â4 and a half which is pretty short. I really wish I was like 5â8 because thatâs closer to a cis maleâs height and if I kept my currently weight at that height I would be much thinner than I am now so no not really

No. Itâs being taught from a young age good eating habits and having a keen awareness of your bodyďżź signals. Very rarely are people truly naturally skinny and can eat all they want and never gain weight.
Skinny people listen to their bodies.

I had a really tiny friend, 5â0 and 95 pounds. She never dieted, just naturally skinny. Thatâs what I thought.
But one day I slept over at her house and in the morning we had oatmeal. We each made a single serving pack. She commented on how much it was. She couldnât even finish a single serving. She stopped eating when she felt full which was half of it. Then she composted the other half.
Thatâs when I realized that ânaturally skinnyâ, doesnât really exist. To be tiny, you eat tiny. Skinny people just eat small without realizing it. You could say itâs skinny habits.
And if they eat a lot and stuff themselves, they almost naturally make up for it. Like if they eat way too much hanging out with friends, when they go home, they will barely eat for a day cuz they just arenât hungry.

- friend only ate half her bowl of noodles and composted other half, didnât even think twice. Then only ate a handful of popcorn while we watched movies.
- friend had a large meal and felt totally stuffed. Did not eat a single other thing for the rest of the night, or the next morning.
- a friend ate dinner before coming to a party and was full, he only ate a single sliver of cake at the party. Even though there was chips, fruit, candy.. etc. He didnât even think about more food cuz he was already full.
- got boba with friend and took her so long to finish. She wasnât trying to savor it or anything, she just eats slow.
- a friend picked and talked so much while eating. She was barely focusing on her food. She ate all the good parts and left a picked through mess on her plate and threw it away. She probably only ate a little more than half

Iâm always gonna be ugly no matter what but Iâd rather be ugly and SKINNY instead of just ugly
So I definitely have a caffeine rush right now from all this tea and bulletproof coffee I had earlier but Iâve just been thinking and you can LITERALLY be anything you fucking want in this world. Law of attraction is a very real thing. But you HAVE to put in your half of the work. Achieving a goal body is honestly one of the easiest things to achieve in this world and you wanna know why?? Because itâs YOUR fucking body and you live in it, you control it. Donât let your emotions get in the fucking way! If you want something, go out there work your ass off a little bit every day and thereâs physically nooo way that you will not achieve that body. Itâs literally scientifically proven. Put in work = get results. Iâm so tired of not having the things I want in this life when the only thing getting in the way of me having it already is MYSELF
how i lost 20+ lbs â¨đŚ
-i donât count calories!! i think itâs super discouraging bc when you go over the limit even a tiny bit it leads to a binge
-i donât eat breakfast! iâm usually not hungry in the morning anyway so i usually just have a cup of coffee instead
-i workout when i want to! i donât force myself into working out but iâll try to do 2 mile walks or chloe ting abs a couple days a week
-i eat rly small portions! this is the biggest one. i eat as little as possible without making my family suspicious. & if i have to sit down and eat with them i fill my plate w basically all fruit and veggies.
-i donât do big fasts. i used to do this and it ALWAYS led to bingeing one way or another. i found it to be quite toxic for me personally
-i try not to eat after dinner (5-6pm) & i donât eat until 12-1ish the next day! some nights i do end up snacking after dinner but i try to keep is super light like airpop popcorn or jello
overall: i am far from perfect. i binge weekly and i eat far larger portion sizes than i should usually. the most impactful thing for me has been to not count calories. i try to have a contest w myself everyday to see if i can eat less calories than the day before. this is what works for me personally, i absolutely do NOT encourage eating disorders for anyone else!! stay safe yâall đĽ°đ
Alright yall, I am fucking thriving on my diet. I just eat a bite or so of food every hour and it is fucking â¨working⨠I guess you could say itâs really similar to the 5 bites diet, and Iâm awake for a short enough period of time every day that I actually eat less than that. But by eating a bite every hour, Iâm keeping both my metabolism and hunger in check. Instead of bingeing on a food I can just say âif we wait a little longer we can have a little more of thatâ. It also really helps my emotional/bored eating because psychologically Iâm eating very often, even though Iâm not. We are THRIVING baby.
