Sculpting In Time (SIT) Coffee

One of my favorite cafes in Beijing. Unique from most coffee shops in Beijing, at SIT, you can order single origin coffee from numerous countries around the world, and they’ll brew for you. Also unique is that they do great pour-overs - not just the standard espresso coffee that most Beijing cafes do.

Zoo Coffee in Beijing

We visited Zoo Coffee’s location near Peking University in March. The decor reminded us of the Rainforest Cafe in the U.S. But the coffee was excellent - great espresso drinks.

We visited Paradiso Coffee in Beijing China in March. It’s on Peking University’s campus. It is a closed campus with security officers posted at every gate, so it’s not an easy walk-into cafe. But, with valid ID, you can get onto campus and try this cafe.
