I’m back

Yes, I’m back. I’m still running and adding more miles everyday. In fact, a new chapter is opening, I decided to try again those 26.2 miles. Next April, I’ll be running the Rock n Roll Marathon in Nashville. I’m very nervous, can't lie about it, but I’m planning to do my best on my new training season.

Too much to tell about 2018, it brought me a lot happy moments and others not so much. I was hard to train for a marathon and get injured just days before the race. That put me down for weeks, although I kept going and running less miles. 

Then I decided to go and explore the trails, and tried some races. Well, the effort payed me back with couple of medals. Little by little my enthusiasm came back and the energy that surrounds me also helped. me. Only few people can understand what if feels like. I also discovered mindfulness... Why I didn't do it before???. Be present at every moment. Enjoy my surrounding and myself, listen to myself!!.

Today, I have bunch of feelings all fighting to win. Goals for next year?, be present on every moment!!,  be myself and grateful for what I have and don’t. Continue exploring new roads, add more miles and do it with joy!.
