I have a high sugar drive and it sucks for me but I just wish to break that bad habit of mine I could turn around and see you waiting, pulling on that hem of your shirt which keeps riding up. coming at this from a very different direction than your mom, but building up the muscle needed to carry your weight around is really important for safe and healthy gaining- a change in course can prepare you better for future fluff (and give you time to get some clothes that fit, cute as your current situation may sound from the outside!) Also, muscle is denser than fat, so shifting around your body composition won't affect your total weight as much as you'd think 🤔



aww thank u for the advice im honestly just complainin because i have realy screwed up legs since they were injured in the past,, so specifically gettin up and walking around and being active was really hard already and it got harder with my weight gain
