hi hello
The spin-off in my head is like this: Inho goes to an island to fall off a cliff. His body falls, hits the water, the water swallows him, and he falls to the bottom of the ocean. As he falls, the metaphorical figure of Gi-hun appears, embraces him, and they fall to the bottom together. Slowly. Forever.
"Stingy tears"
I've heard that small children who are attached to one of their parents might say things like, "I'll marry dad," "I'll marry mom," and, of course, adults correct such statements.
I think it's similar, but a very young Junho might say something about his brother, and Inho would correct him, although it would be very funny and strange.
If Gihun is a cat person, then Inho loves dogs. I think that after the events of canon, if Inho is still alive, he lives somewhere very far away, where there are no people in the company of a German Shepherd, a remnant of his police past, because a dog is capable of unconditional love for its owner. The dog, unlike everyone else, will simply love him. Inho will simply care, and no one will question who Inho was or who he is now
Unfortunately, I can't quite decide on my tastes, so I'd like to share my thoughts on dark texts in inhun fanfiction.
I think tags like "captivity" (emphasizing the fear of loss and accurately conveying the dark atmosphere, rather than calling black and white) and "power dynamics" are perfectly acceptable, as long as there are no tags related to rape, because in my opinion, that has little to do with canon.
Yes, I think Inho would stage some kind of psychological and mental amusement rides, but because he's interested in what's going on in Gihun's head, in his soul. Inho doesn't know whether he wants to be with him or want to be him.
But I still choose the other options, because Inho, although scary, is also caring. However, I think he cares for whoever he wants. He's also selfish. This is actually what the canon showed, because in my opinion, caring for the baby is a projection of respect specifically for one person whose faith was unwavering and for the person who planted a small flower of hope.

One of the comparisons between them came from the director when he described the confrontation scene. Inho was ice, calmly speaking of the dangers. Gihun was fire, furious at the betrayal. But, you know, the outcome of the confrontation and the subsequent scenes inspired me to continue this idea of fire and ice. When fire burns next to ice, the ice melts. When the ice melts, the fire goes out.
I've always liked comparing the inhun dynamics to the myth of Persephone and Hades. The knife, in this case, symbolizes the pomegranate seeds. By killing the finalists, Gihun would have accepted their deaths one by one, like Persephone, who tasted the fruit that trapped her in Hades's realm.
The truth is, in my opinion, killing Deho during Hide and Seek was the pomegranate, and the sudden feeling of guilt that overtook him in the compilation with his subsequent actions is too far-fetched for me.
Should have brought back the line from the first season, to prevent him from doing the most logical thing. Unfortunately, the hero myth took longer to develop, because the pomegranate was bitten off even earlier.
