NOSTALGIA IS STICKING AROUND!

You might have thought this trend was buried ten feet underground and would never see the day of light, but that is not the case. It's only natural that trends eventually come back in style; these timeless trends have been spotted on the fall/winter 22 runway. Just like any other trend, these accessories have risen from the dead with a fresh new spin; that will make your wardrobe bright and shiny. It's been a minute since we last saw these jewelry trends on the streets, and now you'll see more of them as we incorporate them back into our style. We'll see more chunky chains, pearls, earrings, geometric designs, long and layered necklaces, and many others. With numerous bold and playful jewelry resurfacing, i certainly can wait to start incorporating these styles into my fall/winter wardrobe.

Who doesn’t love a good debriefing after a long week! After all, it is the best time to have that casual catch up with your bestie so why not make a day of it. While there isn’t a specific attire you should wear to brunch; it is important to be both comfortable and chic to this casual affair.

At first, it looked like they were spraying spiderwebs onto her body, but as the layers thickened, instantly drying, the dress took form. This show puts a whole new spin onto fast fashion, i certainly was impressed at how innovative their show was, and they gave us a glimpse into the future of fashion.

Fashion Week is back after being halted by the Covid-19 pandemic.  Many luxury brands are finding innovative ways to change the game through technology. As the world evolves, so do luxury brands by entering the gaming world and connecting with gemming to reach the younger generation. Many of these brands, including Tommy Hilfiger, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, Nike, Prada, and others, entered the Metaverse by creating their own virtual experiences.

Who would have thought that in 2022 we'd be able to attend fashion week through the virtual world? Everything about this metaverse collaboration is amazing. I'm in awe. Seeing how well executed this event came out, from the shimmery gowns to the beautifully designed models, is indescribable. The long, linear grey runway, surrounded by shallow pools of water, perfectly complements the collection without overshadowing it. The garments shown on the runway were part of the designer's physical collection that were turned into virtual wearables so users could use these digital garments to dress their own avatars. This is such a genius way to present a collection because rather than transporting users to a real environment, they can view it from any part of the world without having to travel.
