where would we be able to read come home? Will it be posted here? Or on another website, or will it be a book?

I'm planning to make it a book but also available to read online or smth! It is a HUGE work in progress, though.

how did you come up with Come Home?

It's a long story.

So I was watching The Matrix with my family and kinda spaced out thinking abt steampunk shit for some reason and then I was like "The Matrix... BUT STEAMPUNK" and so that was the base of it. It was originally named Icarus after our favorite little one-eyed best boi and it was going to be a web comic originally. There was gonna be a bunny that was alive but also made of metal, Victoria(the first evil Celvin) was gonna be Mateo's mom, Mateo's name was Entrie, and Lacy and Asher didn't exist. I honestly don't know how it got this complicated and stuff but it was a very fun journey. Most of it is influenced by Greek Myths, and I got some of the elements or little details from some of the things I watch and read. JACE IS NOT NAMED AFTER JASON GRACE, BTW. THIS WAS BEFORE I EVEN KNEW GRACE EXISTED.

TL;DR: A lot of building off of random ideas, names, places, and details.

So there's a few scenes I wanna write about specifically

Theres one scene that is the reason it's called come home, where Icarus realizes that Jason was his home, and now he's gone. Out of reach

The scenes where Sera is super jealous of Lacy. In the future, they become slay girly besties(kinda) but Sera is super envious at first

When Jace goes insane. I don't know exactly how I'll write it but it'll happen!

Kyre and Asher being sillies

Some sibling bonding moments for Russ and Sera

Sera and Kyre falling in love, Jace and Russ falling in love, and some of the memories Asher has of Mateo

Whatever scenes Mateo is in, bc I don't have a lotta lore for him yet

Any time Lacy mentions Russ' mom. Lacy was infatuated by that woman, sooo

Idk how but I'm gonna write about The Great War(the thing that caused Russ to lose his eye, Russ' mom to die, and Jace to get most of his ptsd)

Scenes that Victorian Fire or Clanae Magic is a main point. It'll be cool to write it

Who is your favorite character, and why?

Probably either Sera or Jace. Russ was based off of me in some ways, but Jace is the most fleshed out and Sera is js a boss girl. 🤷
