Back to basics; hands down best triceps exercise in my opinion. P.s wearing all Nike everything, surely that's enough for @nike to sponsor me, I can work on my tan if that's your only concern #seriously

👍🏻 (at The Potting Shed at The Grounds)
An alternative to the hamstring machine, great glute exercise, give it a go 👍🏻
Second set of singles at 140kg and this felt as heavy as a dead donkey today. Awesome young PT giving me a spot #strugglestreet (at Plus Fitness 24/7 Campbelltown)

Step ups are a great functional exercise. They force you to engage your core to keep upright as well as target several muscles including your quads, hamstrings and glutes. "One thing coaches in the Soviet Union and Bulgaria noticed was that those athletes, both lifters and those in other sports, who dropped the squat and used the high step-up developed more complete muscularity than those who simply squatted" 👍🏻
Not often will I train biceps, hence why I have none 👎🏻 I find them boring to train so I like to change it up a little when I do train them. I like to externally rotate slightly with a very light weight and focus on the time my biceps are under tension 💪🏻 #notshreddedenoughforstereosonic
Midway through a shoulder session, I strained my upper trap, so I decided to bench instead lol not sure about the logic behind that. Third set of 110kg for 10 reps. Didn't remember to breathe until my sixth rep. All over the shop tonight, might be the two zyrtecs I took for my hay fever before I trained lol 😴
Finished triceps off today with close grip push ups, 5 sets of 20 #triceratops 👍🏻
Finished with the pec fly today 👍🏻 With this exercise, because your arms are being used as levers at their longest stretch, the amount of weight you can move is significantly less than other major exercises like the bench or military press. Due to the leverage, there's a potential of injuring ligaments in the shoulder joint with this exercise if the weight is too high. Drop the weight, focus on the stretch and the contraction at the end ✌️
My mood right now 🔫 Xmas party last night, should've taken the day off work today, 3 hours sleep, and now sitting in my car outside the gym waiting for some sort of motivation to get out and train...see if you would hurry up and sponsor me already @nike we wouldn't have this problem 👍🏻
Probably the most boring video you'll watch today lol anyway I like finishing with this rear delt exercise after a shoulder workout. The deltoid muscle was actually once called the deltoideus and is named after the Greek alphabet delta (Δ) because apparently it looks like it 😕
Training abs can be boring, so, in between my leg work out, I came up with a brilliant idea. I call it, the abstring 👍🏻
Still not sure if it's illegal to drive and eat, but the ice creams worth being arrested for #wheywhip#whipit#whipnaenae
Today's breakfast. One big ass omelette
Don't usually do this exercise. Probably the second or third time all year. Could've gone a little deeper and slower, but after squatting and deadlifts, this'll do #chickenlegs 🐥
Have neglected front squats for such a long time, hence this was a struggle to push out, 140kg for a shocking 1 rep 😢
