Seeing Seth immediately brought a soft smile to her face. Even if they weren’t related by blood, he was still her younger brother and seeing him made her happier. “Okay good! Could you sorta look near here…” She trailed off, turning back towards the tree and pointing to the lower right side. “I think I left a book up there, but I don’t want to climb up there and find out that I left it somewhere else, you know?”
“Right.” Seth said without hesitation as he started to crane his neck trying to see through the leaves. Not that there was anything his sister could ask that he wouldn’t do. “Please tell me it isn’t a green book.” He said as he looked painstakingly at the mess of green before pausing. Squinting his eyes, he looked at something on one of the upper branches. “Wait, was it like a bluish gray sort of color?” Trying to figure out the best way to describe the color he was looking at.
