I shouldn’t care about this issue related to yall, because I’ve stayed away for this since some time ago, but as a fan of Damon (mainly solo work and blur though), I can’t help but care about him in every aspect.

I really hope yall feel embarrassed and guilty for what you’ve done. I hope yall start to think about him and support him. I just hope yall learn the lesson.

Because fucking up his mentality is rude. Throwing tantrums for the “lack” of content is stupid. Making him feel guilty just because he’s not doing every single thing yall want is selfish.

an opinion

so I stayed off tumblr for a few weeks and...damn, the fandom’s a mess. I figured I should update my views on some things:

- I don't like the dynamic swap au, but I won't tell you to die or anything if you do. there’s just something about making the victim, with his existing mental disabilities, the abuser that makes me feel uneasy. but I don't control anyone and that's just my opinion. 

- I’m glad Murdoc is back. i’m excited to see this ‘Murdoc 2.0′ he’s so proud of. I really hope he gets the redemption arch he deserves this phase.

- that being said, I feel like Ace’s part in it is still underdeveloped. yes, he was a temporary replacement, and no, Jamie and Damon do not own the character, but I feel as though there's more to be said about his place in the Gorillaz universe. 

- we’re still lacking Russel appreciation. fix it, cowards.

Okay, so, listen.

As a writer, 2Doc’s dynamic really appeals to me, so I decided to bite the bullet and write this fic. The idea behind it is simple: 2D is possessed, and now has a style and attitude that Murdoc cannot resist. But there's no bullshit here. It gets bad, even for their likings, and they have to end it- because I refuse to romanticise how obviously unhealthy they would be together. 

I’m a multishipper at this point, because 2Dace warms my heart and make me fluffy, and 2Doc inspires me to write angst. 

TL/DR: I wrote a 2Doc fic without romanticism. I’m a multishipper. Please read the fic.
