ConBust 2018 will be March 23-25th at Smith College in Seelye Hall! ConBust is a sci-fi/fantasy/anime/gaming convention put on each spring by students at Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. This three-day convention is focused on women and minorities in geek culture.

We're glad to finally introduce our new mascot for ConBust 2018! We still have yet to decide on a name, any suggestions for a small fish with big dreams?

when is the estimated date for when the schedule is coming out?

Ideally the schedule will be up in February/Early March! There are a lot of variables that go into making the schedule so we don’t have a set deadline as of this moment.

How can we suggest guests for conbust? I would really it if Alister Casey was a guest!

You are always welcome to send your suggestions to [email protected] or [email protected]! It’s too late to suggest guests for this year, but we review all suggestions received for future years.

Applications are due by February 28th and work on a first-paid first serve basis. They are to be printed and mailed in. All information needed is present on the forms!

Yes! I couldn’t come last year because of the date change, but pending any disasters, I’ll be there with Tempests and Slaughter!

hey, i want to go to conbust, but i was wondering, can i cosplay as something from the indie game undertale? it'll be safe for work... I'm just a bit skittish cause this is my first con. sorry if this is weird!... thanks for your time, it means a lot.

You can cosplay from anything or as anything you want! I guarantee you will meet other Undertale cosplayers there :) We are super happy to be hosting your first con, I hope you have an amazing experience!

Welcoming the ConMed Response Team to Conbust 2017!

We are proud to announce this year that we will be working with Convention Medical Response Team to ensure a safe convention for everyone! ConMed Response Team is a non-profit volunteer group providing first aid and medical care at conventions and festivals. Their mission is to train the public in CPR, first aid, and Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) use.
