Costumed attendees must wear masks under helmets if the helmet is likely to be removed while inside the convention. If you can wear your helmet (or other face covering) without removing it while inside the convention space, you don’t have to wear a mask underneath it. Moving forward,… virtually!

Dear ConCarolinas Family,

It is with deep sadness that, in conjunction with the Hilton, we made the difficult decision to not move forward with ConCarolinas 2020 as a physical event this year. North Carolina’s Stay-At-Home order was extended to May 8, with a phased reopening after that. Even in the best case scenario, North Carolina would not be open for events such as ours by May 29.
