I haven't been on here for months and i guess i was slightly more happy and eating slightly more normally. But now i've put on weight and i feel awful. I used to have a thigh gap (albeit a tiny one but w.e) and now it's gone and my clothes are becoming tighter. Even though i've started running (the first bit of exercise i've done in years) and i'm still not loosing weight it sucks. I really need to learn to control what i eat again. ffs
