" Ok, WOW! Hey everybeing! Sorry for being absent for so long ... We will have the queue resume by ~Friday! Sorry that it's been a good minute, we had to move this blog to its own separate account as we got very very overwhelmed with it. We will have a setup soon for posting schedules, but do know that asks may take up to a few days to get posted! We have a part time job & are a full-time student, so we're not often able to handle asks on this blog. Be not afraid though! We have no plans on shutting it down quite yet. <3

I wouldn't say androgyny is rly my end goal with transitioning (but there's only so much I can get atm realistically, it's better than being perceived fully as a cis girl all the time at least) but it does kind of bring my species euphoria to be androgynous for the time being. Hehehe I'm an otherworldly creature cishetperisex society can't comprehend and when pericis people see me they begin to loose their minds if they gaze for too long (I don't mean all androgynous people aren't human but I think this makes sense. Sorry if it doesn't)

I’m Fictionkin and I kin from multiple sources, and I do this thing (not on purpose) where I have conversations with myself. Like, it’s voices in my head. The personalities of the voices are aspects of myself—the characters I kin. Like I’ll have a thought and be like “Oh, that’s a (name) thought.” But I know I’m not a system. The only people in this headspace are Me, Myself, and I. I’ve no idea why my thoughts split like this, even though they’re all coming from me.

honestly I really dislike the phrase "identify as"

It kinda feels like.. less validating than just "I am"

like a cis girl wouldn't say she identifies as a girl, she'd just say she is a girl

if that makes sense

Maybe I'm reading into it too much and maybe this is affected by how i've seen conservatives react to the phrase but it leaves a nasty taste in my mouth

and obviously if you use it no shade I just have struggles with it personally

I'm on the opposite side though, mostly due to the semantics! I personally don't like saying "I am XYZ" because I'm MORE than my kintype(s), and usually when I phrase it that way I feel like I'll be treated as JUST my kin and/or the rest of my identity will be negated 🤔 It's really interesting to hear about others on the other side of the phrasing!

In the end it's all up to you about how you want to define your experience! So long as you're not putting anybeing else down or saying you're "more XYZ than them" due to the phrasing, do what you want!!! "

I think i might be the concept of leather jackets??? Or like, the vibe of them? Like, im not A Jacket, i dont wanna be a jacket, thatd be miserable, but they just feel very me. Like, too much so to be just thinking they're neat. And if someone wears one i feel like this weird connection to them like ,,Oh hey thats basically a part of me so you must be cool". It's just so hard to be so different.

most humans walk around contented with their bodies and their lives ( in general ) whereas for us we cannot help but hunger for more. Our body is wrong, twisted, unnatural. Our home, our earth, is being destroyed and people dont even seem to care. We just dont understand..

And we are so, so tired of having to hide when all we really want is just to exist freely. we dont want to bother anybeing. We aren't a threat for just existing. is kindness really too much to ask for ??

it’s ok if you don’t want to post this one, I understand, this is kind of a vent. but it was recently revealed that there was a lot of terrible stuff happening behind the scenes of my source and it just hit like a gut punch. I also have severe ocd so I feel like being kin of what I am was somehow making me responsible for people getting hurt. I’m just so devastated. Why can’t people be kinder?

i haven't felt "connected" to my experiences of therianthropy in years.

i used to have such a strong, relevant connection to all of my theriotypes.

now? I don't know if i'm still a therian.

and that scares me, as I found peace and acceptance in this community.

I've undergone the same worries, where I didn't know if I was still a therian because my identity now is much more secluded than when I was 16. I promise it gets better! Your identity doesn't need to be overt to be allowed here, hell for some (like myself) some aspects of it just go dormant! (<- i know i'm a system but i mean this generally not in a system way)

And in the off chance that you aren't a therian anymore, you can always still be here under the Alterhuman umbrella, and we will always welcome you with open arms. "
