During these times, and the many more to come it will help to stay grounded. Feet in dirt, imagine roots growing deep from bottom of feet. Anchoring in Mother and letting her cleanse from head to toe. As we stay firmly rooted in Her we can weather any storm. We feel more because we have the ability to harness this energy and work with it, especially to help others. We need not suffer. All of these storms and eruptions are shaking our foundations. Keep it tight! What is erupting in you? What do you need to let go off? Shaking with the quakes...what needs to be shaken up in your life? We are constantly growing and evolving and it is easy, no matter how empathic we are to get stuck in the illusion. Also see how people and the world is erupting. Don't get caught up in drama!!! Pause before reacting. We know how we get when the solar flares light that fire! We must spread peace and tolerance to ALL, yes even the ones that get on our last nerve.... A Swedish client came for reiki this week.  Immediately when I was at his crown chakra, twin spirits appeared, one on my left and one on my right.  I was the first time I experienced one soul in two spirits.  They were very playful and infectious.  I was so fascinated by them it was hard to concentrate on what I was doing.  My immediate thought was if this client had twins in his family.  I asked him if he remembers playing with imaginary friends when he was very young.  He didn't.  They showed me him as a young child playing in the forrest, full of joy.  I asked him at that moment if he played there and he said yes.  They showed me him very young, maybe three years of age and they were tickling him.  It was very sweet.  They insisted that I relayed their message to him at that moment.  I usually am silent during reiki sessions.  They wanted him to recapture his childlike awe and wonder of the world, to implement more fun and joy into his life.  We can get so stressed by life, work, and relationships that we forget to have fun.

By the way......after I the session finished and we were talking about his twin guides, he told me that he has a twin brother.

I started working with a friend of mine and during work the spirit of his Mother would come to pass messages to him through me. He was the baby out of 17 children, struggling with addiction and separated from his family.  One day she told him he needed to make peace with his sister.  There was serious beef between the two, resentment and anger still strong after all of these years.  She told him that the time was now because his sister was ill.  I checked every week to see if he contacted her and every week when he told me no, I gently reminded him better sooner than later. One day he got up the nerves to call and spoke with her.  She was "fine" and they had a "nice" conversation.  It has been over six months since that phone call and recently he went to a wedding of one of his family members.   He told me that they spoke in person at length.  They buried the hatchet and he said an incredible burden was lifted.  They laughed and they cried.  I was truly happy to see that all went well.  I later asked if his sister was healthy, the answer was sadly no.  She is very ill with cancer and said it would be the last time that they will see each other.  His other family members kept from him that she was ill.  Well it was an emotional moment for us both.  It is a privilege for me to be of service.

 I never doubt the message and pass it on, no matter if the news isn't "good".

Beckoned By The Moon I dashed out of work today exited to bask in the glory of today's full moon. Last night a miracle occurred in my life and I shifted. I realized that no matter how angry I can be at someone, when it comes down to that person needing help, my compassion is stronger than my resentment and it is here where healing begins. My EGO had no where to go. Yemaya called me to come and cleanse so she could take it all away. I swam and danced in the moonlight mesmerized by the sheer beauty of the light, which shined on me wherever I was. Serenity is my true nature.
