Hello! Sorry if this is spammy or you simply don't wanna reply that's ok. I'm reaching out to people who seem comfortable posting about politics online.I AM NOT asking for money. I'm a Sudanese immigrant in Egypt where there are many African and middle eastern immigrants as well. There are state officials in civilian clothing mass kidnapping and deporting immigrants of all nationalities without due process, including those with papers. I am too afraid for my safety to speak about this online as the govt here has a tendency to disappear even it's own citizens.
I've heard of Syrian, Palestinians, Sudanese, south Sudanese, Eritrean and Ethiopian nationals being detained and beated by immigration. A 19 year old girl was put in a jail cell with a strange man for a month before she was deported to Sudan where she has never been. They are cut from the same cloth as ICE. If you don't want to speak about this I understand and appreciate the advocacy you do for the rest of the world. Please keep immigrants in Egypt in your prayers and keep your eyes on us.
