Hey everyone, Hayden here with some exciting news! I’ve finished connection pages for each of my characters! So please feel free to message me if you’re interested in any connections! I’ll be adding some more character specific options later on, but I just wanted to get these out! And as always these are all works in progress, especially Asher, Anastasia and Remington’s!
I’m also planning to make some sort of relationship page for my characters down the road, but i’ll make a separate announcement for those!

So I just got home from a day of shopping, but I’m getting ready to settle down with my computer to knock out some replies and probably post some open starters! Let me know if you’d like to plot/a starter!!

DOMINIQUE:
Dominique couldn’t believe the authorities had decided to let everyone know just who had managed to identify Marian, and while she was a little overwhelmed by the looks and the whispering, nothing quite broke her peace as the sudden sound of Connor’s voice, telling Professor McGonagall what he thought of it all. More than ever the looks people gave her made her uncomfortable, and she also felt her heart beating harder than ever in her chest and ears as she saw Connor slowly crumbling under the weight of the news given to him in a rather careless manner. She supposed this was no time for tact or second-guessing but he didn’t need to find out this way.
Hearing Connor yelling like that, saying they were wrong only made the feeling in her chest a lot worse. It made her feel as though she had actually rushed to recognize her but… she only needed to look at her for a second to know it was here. Dominique hadn’t been wrong, but she understood his need to deny this, to think it wasn’t her. She very quietly got out of her seat and ran for it, just having Connor in mind for the time being. Dominique fell to her knees behind him, wrapping her arms around him as tightly as she could muster. “I’m sorry, Connor, I’m so sorry!” She exclaimed, though trying her hardest not to make her words too audible for anyone but the two of them. “Come on, come with me, please!”
He didn’t want to believe it, he couldn’t believe it- that much was clear to anyone who could see as Connor curled into a ball. It was a pathetic sight, but not one uncommon for someone experiencing so much grief, as well as pity. His cousin was in a coma, and he had done nothing to look for her when she had been missing, it was as much his fault as anyone’s. And he couldn’t cope with that- he couldn’t handle knowing he’d done nothing, he needed Marian to be okay. And that’s why he cried and screamed, and denied it over and over again. He thought- if he continued to say it, it would become true.
He felt the arms wrap around him, and he fought them at first- he didn’t need comfort, he didn’t need pity- he needed someone to tell him that they had made a terrible mistake. But that wasn’t going to happen, and the sooner he’d accept it- the better. He felt himself give in to the embrace, relaxing in their arms as the tears continued to stream down her face. “She’s okay,” he whispered over and over, in his best attempt to reassure himself. It wasn’t working.
As Dominique’s words hit his ears, he froze. Dominique. She’d been the one to identify the body, she’d be able to explain this, she’d be able to admit that they’d made a mistake. Taking a few deep breaths he found himself nodding along to her words. But when he tried to speak, he found himself unable to say anything. Instead, he rose to his feet and motioned to the redhead before he turned and made his way out of the great hall. And just like that it was over, the other students would return to their dinner, most of them forgetting what they had just witnessed.
Once he was safely in the entry way, Connor turned towards Dominique. He made no effort to rush towards her, or to say anything. Instead he folded his arms across his chest, as he bit down on his lip. He could tell she was upset, which did nothing to help his current state, but he was trying to ignore that. “Tell me you’re wrong,” he spoke, his words low, slow and choppy. It took an incredibly amount of concentration for him to speak without crying or screaming at her, but he needed her to hear his question.
ORION:
He heard Connor in his ear, then in moments he was out in the hallway, his eyes darting between them and the wall. Orion wasn’t the best with being cornered, Valentino would know that all too well, but he just kept a flat expression until Connor eplained more. “Wait what?” he stammered, before wrapping the rest of his head around it. “Vouch for you how? Like say you were with me the whole day or something?” his expression curled into a weak smile, thinking about how that wouldn’t have been a bad lie and a nice thought. “What did you blow up anyway?”
“You can say you were with me, or you could just deny my existence,” he offered with a small shrug, personally either option would work for Connor- it was more a matter of what Orion felt comfortable with. “Oh you know, a part of a stair case, nothing major,” he responded with a shrug, trying his best to down play the entire situation. It was a rather big deal though, and he was certain that if the Durmstrang students weren’t angry, someone else would be.
"No-no,” Connor stammered as he listened to Professor McGonagall’s announcement- it couldn’t be Marian, it just couldn’t. He had been to the hospital wing, he had seen the girl- and it wasn’t her, they were wrong. They were wrong. They had to be wrong. “You’re wrong,” he called out, after the headmistress had taken her seat at the head table, he was shaking, but Connor managed to stand up, as he addressed her. “It’s not Marian,” he added. By now he could feel the eyes on him- but he didn’t care. They needed to know that it wasn’t her.
He felt someone tug on his sleeve, and he could hear them whispering, but he didn’t care. He needed them to know that Marian was still out there and not lying on a bed in the hospital wing. But deep down, he knew it was true- they had no reason to lie. But it wasn’t until Professor McGonagall spoke again, “I can assure you that we are not wrong Mr. Finnigan.” That he knew it was true.
Her words hit him like knives, and Connor found himself letting out a scream as the tears started to stream down his face. As he sunk to the floor, wrapping his arms around his legs as he screamed no, over and over. He couldn’t handle it, knowing he had done nothing to help her. He’d all but given up looking for her- and the realization had come crashing down.
“i need your help,” connor whispered in orion’s ear, as he grabbed the other male by his arm, pulling him to the side of the hall. he quickly glanced around to make sure they were alone before turning his focus towards the other male. “so i sort of, maybe caused a small explosion,” he explained, his words frantic as he waved his arms around in the air. “and i sort of pissed off a couple of durmstrang students- and i need someone to vouch for me,” he explained as he looked at orion. “please say you’ll do it. otherwise they’re going to skin me alive.”

LILY:
Lily was pacing on her feet, at the new piece of information. A single thing she learned from the Beauxbatons student, yet it still brings her to nothing else but despair. It’s been hours since they locked inside and she wasn’t really comfortable being constantly surrounded by the crowds of strangers. Pretty much everyone might considered her as weird by now, as she failed to maintain her stillness. Her mind was ticking with theories, possibilities of the outcome. After all, there wasn’t any sign of the door might open in the next minutes. She was about to turn around and look for her brother instead, as she was stiffen by the sudden contact of a pair of arms wrapped around her and find herself buried against someone’s chest.
Her eyes widened as she failed to hinder her panic from showing, until she caught a whiff of a familiar scent. She was trying to ignore the hint of a blush that starts to grow on her cheeks as she wrapped her arms around his waist.
“–Hey, Connor. Are you feeling alright?”
Connor was relieved that Lily found him and not someone else- he felt that she would be the least likely to say anything about his current state, and so far he was right. Mustering up a small smile, he scooted over so she could sit down next to him if she pleased. “I’ve been better,” he admitted with a small sigh, it was the truth and it avoided going into much detail, hopefully she wouldn’t press further. He had no idea how to even begin describing what was going through his mind- it was a complete mess, a cyclone of various thoughts. And in the center of it all was his cousin, Marian. He couldn’t help but wonder if it was all related, and the fact that it seemed likely was just terrifying.
Letting out a small sigh he turned his head to look at Lily, “How are you?” he asked, a small smile still etched across his face.
Connor Thomas-Finnigan was trying to play it cool, and he was failing miserably. The Gryffindor was terrified, and anyone who knew him would be able to tell in an instant. The normal twinkle in his eyes was gone, and the smile spread across his face as clearly forced. But the biggest giveaway, was that he was silent. In the seventeen years that he had been alive, Connor had never been silent, not even when he was asleep. He was worried- a feeling he’d never really experienced until Marian had gone missing. What if someone else had been taken? What if it was something worse than that? He couldn’t handle it- thinking about it made him want to be sick. “Calm down Connor,” he mumbled under his breath, as he took a seat against one of the walls. Clinching his hands into fists, he squeezed his eyes shut, taking deep breaths as he tried to calm himself down. It wasn’t working. Letting out a frustrated sigh, he opened his eyes to see a familiar redhead standing in front of him. “Lily!” he cried out, as he quickly scrambled to his feet, before wrapping his arms around her. He was relieved to see a familiar face.
