Past Monsters Lurk Here|| Constantine&Sinder
sinder-fallenfae:
Something was wrong. After so many years working for the Circle of Light, any sign on his heart of problems, he started to prepare himself or a battle. Soon, the connections started to be stated: First, this looked to real to be the truth. Second, he was still wearing his normal clothes from the Elysian Gardens, what it means that probably he was in one of the Realms. Third and the worst one, if Sinder was at the Dream Realms, anyone could invade his dream and change it. âRemy! How itâs everything. Are you sure itâs okay?â the fae asked, trying to assure that actually, those thoughts were just a silly experience, that could be easily vanished from his mind. They were still far away, keeping a distance from whom he turned to be, and this was painful, but a reality that could not be denied. He was rejected, and could also happen in dreams.
He looked away, ashamed of himself, involved by a dozen of emotions, without realizing that the place started to change. His heart started to pound, returned to see Remy, in a very dark way. Like was a dark monster, with all the judgment of who he turned to be. Feeling unable to speak any more words, soon what was beautiful and pretty turned to be ugly and violent, without anything that could bring joy. The voice, nothing compared to his beloved sister was the pitch. With a blink of an eye, and still working on controlling his emotions, Sinder wanted to see more, and probably who was in there. âWhy donât you do that? You have power. Could destroy anything, including the Circle of the Light.â
That last words were tempting. A little taste of his corruption showing off and WHAT WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO HAPPENED. Soon, the worried side of his emotions would fade away, it was just time for this happened âTell me, Remy, how you will destroy them.â With a sarcastic smile, moving his fingers while playing with some magic. âI could kill you now, if it is you, what I actually donât believe it is. Why donât you reveal to me who you really are, and I can help you to first destroy yourself⊠and all will be destroyed.â Still not knowing if could see the reality of the situation, Sinder was in a hard position. His good side was trying again to take over, but the darkness could be a delicious temptation that if it was a dark fae ou Dijin, he would be dead shortly.
âI know how to get so much power-- you canât...even imagine what I could do to Earth... what I could do to this universe,â Constantine words slurred as the sludge coated his lips, and his tongue darted out instinctively to remove it, tasting ash and death burst in flavors not understood against it. It racked a shiver over his form, his chin dipping down until it struck his chest where the muscles seized and stole any breath. This place wasnât right and his conscious throbbed to produce an echo of truth to remove the distorted layers.
The words almost sounded familiar, like someone of the Circle were whispering them in his head behind the tomb. Whispers turned into more darkness. Time bent and shifted for so long while he was imprisoned that Constantine only knew its passing from those conversations, the prodding for information that made his mind muddied in invasion-- and his brother-- his brave brother who eventually saved him. Violet eyes burned through the tar, lifting up until it met the other. Constantine shifted his weight, lifted up to his clawed feet where he pushed up and yanked against the chains fastened to his wrists with a loud bang of metal.Â
Wings, midnight in feathers and shimmering in purple and blue stardust exploded out with enough force to blast a radius of tar across the room.Â
âYou know...â his form shifted off of Remy, and upon the blackness came an unfamiliar visage. One that mocked that of a harpy, crow features and distorted human anatomy. His tongue clicked, and his body disjointed in a forced twitch that rattled the chains. âMy soulmate spoke such words to me once... awaited my death because he knew what it meant of my escape. And you, wow... you are beautiful. Is that the truth in this? What you say is directed at me, but I think you are only saying what you want.â
