spongebob final performance was incredible and iβm just so sad itβs closing. here is stuff thatβs on my mind right now but there is so much more.Β
cast was so on point and full of energy and i love them all so much.Β
i was sitting in last row orchestra and had the swings/crew/creative team hanging around me in the back and they cheered and cried so hard.
almost every number got a standing ovation at the end. squidward/gavinβs number got like three.Β
there were standing ovations for character entrances.Β

ethan and danny are just really best friends and had all these great little moments and it was perfect.Β
also the hug between them and christina at the end when they save the day was such a moment and the TEARSΒ
kelvin served during his number.Β
plankton and karen were extra steamy during their brief βiβm so glad you want to scheme with me againβ scene. karen pushed spongebob onto plankton so ethan was leaning on wes. when wes moved, ethan then fell onto danny.Β
when the mayor says the lineΒ βto our new home in chumvilleβ and wes just yells/hissesΒ βyesssssβΒ
i think they had some of the swings in super sea star savior because i swear i saw jordan and gibby but if someone else can confirm thatβd be cool.
when they get the balls shot at them before we only have tomorrow, one rolled offstage into the wings and was just randomly thrown on after the freeze frame had started and it was just so funny in a very serious moment.Β
ethan took and little extra time to hug/say goodbye to gary.Β
yo jaiβlen went so hard during her final note/riff in bikini bottom boogie like it went on forever and i just want to be her.
danny flubbedΒ βlisten to me! this jetpack has a parachuteβ and instead saidΒ βthis parachute has a parch-jetpack!β and we were all in hysterics and he didnβt really bother saving it.Β
wesley taylor broke during his βitβs didnβt eruptβ line. he mustered that line through tears and i DIED.Β Β
ethan slater started crying during best day ever. he sang up until, βand whatever happens next, Iβm glad Iβmβ¦β and had to stop himself. crowd and cast cheered him on. he started to continue the song but was still shaky until the others started singing with him later on.Β Β
