Meet our mentor: Susan Schreibman is Professor of Digital Arts and Culture in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Maastricht University. Her area of research is in Digital Humanities and Irish Cultural Studies.

A flashback from our first visit to Continium. On the right you can also see Gene Bertrand, who is responsible for the programme and development of the museum. He’s been really kind to us - we met him on a Saturday morning (because our schedules are crazy) and he showed us around the museum.

Hi! I’m Dora. Yes, like in the cartoon... I am doing the research masters of cognitive neuroscience at FPN. I have also done my bachelors here in Maastricht again at FPN, so I have been living here for 4 years now. I basically look at, listen to, smell, and occasionally taste various brains on a daily basis. I might even look at your brain if you are interested (I am constantly in desperate need of participants)! I have always loved science museums, and I still do. I turn into a 5 year old every time I’m in one. Needless to say, this project has been/is extremely fun for me! Check Continium and our project out, ask us anything and lets have a chat!

I studied engineering back in Spain and then worked as an IT consultant for a year but well, that wasn’t for me. Then I just started International Business in Maastricht and here I am! working for a museum!
