Holiday Season 2013 vs 2014 vs 2016. I may look about the same on the outside, but almost every component of my life has changed in the time between the last two pictures. I’m very happy about my career now, my nutritional mentality has shifted to a plant based (still low carb) approach, I have a loving boyfriend. Never losing sight of my pursuit of my best self. Onward and upward!

Low carb and vegan "cinnamon roll!" Cake: 1scoop Orgain Vanilla protein/1Tbs coconut flour/0.5 tsp baking powder/1 packet stevia/dash vanilla/0.25 C coconut milk Frosting: 1Tbs Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese/1tsp vegan butter/1packet stevia/dash vanilla Baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in a 7oz greased ramekin then added the icing. Phenomenal! Very moist and totally cinnamon roll flavored. Tastes much richer than the 198 calories, 6 carbs and 15 grams of protein it includes. 😇🙌🏻

Having a glass of wine after surviving four consecutive 12 hour shifts. So pumped for a few days off! 🍷🙌🏻
September 16th: 216.4 December 6th: 187 I've lost 29.4 pounds in about 3 months with my vegan keto lifestyle. The losses feel more gradual and natural compared to my previous animal-based keto diet. It's also very low stress now that I've figured out what on earth to actually eat. I don't really even count calories anymore- just try to get enough protein then fill up on fat and veggies. 💚
