“Co-pilot.” A bark of laughter escaped Michael’s lips. “Harley, you know you’re probably the best person to watch my kid? She tires everyone else out.” He meant that too, the younger man was the “Best babysitter in the history of the world” according to Daisy. “I forget you’re a genius sometimes, man. Do you two need any help?” He smiled fondly at Harley, admiring the young man’s confidence and wit. “See to it that you do, she does have school in the morning.”
"I never get tired, I never plan to grow up, and I can fly," Harley winked at Michael and then knocked his goggles back down over his eyes and struck a pose, nearly dropping his stack of supplies in an attempt to put his hands on his hips, "The new and improved Peter Pan; twice the fun, none of the murder!" Of course, there were times that he faltered, let it slip just how little sleep he got between work and school, but he would do just about anything to see Michael smiling like that...Building a plane with a kid he adored was a small price to pay for it. He pulled his goggles down around his neck at the word 'genius', his goofy grin replaced by a small, almost shy smile, "Yeah, I know I don't really act like a genius...I wouldn't object to your help, y'know, you can keep us from getting too out of hand. Make sure we don't break out the glitter again."
