Poison

Ya know. Some people are just poisonous to the fandoms. I’ve seen this everywhere I’ve been. People expecting art just because they “play nice”. Well ya know? You shouldn’t expect art. From anyone. Whether they’re your friends or not.

Apparently I “promised” someone art, hmm lets see if I can word it like he did “9 months ago and he’s damned if he’s not gonna get it.” First of all, I don’t PROMISE anyone anything. I draw, when the inspiration hits me. If you get something drawn from ME, it’s because I like you, I think you’re cool, and I want to draw your character to make you smile (or because you commissioned me). I do not draw because it’s expected of me.

This persons negative attitude has spread to so many people, and they all feel bad about getting art of their OWN character because he gets jealous. Ya wanna know how this started? I drew people he knows on a “whim” and he still didn’t have his picture and he was depressed about it. Oh fuck yourself in the mariana trench you leach. I drew them because they made me laugh until my ribs hurt and I was crying. And ya know what? I knew better than to draw this kid. The first time I drew him was because I drew for one of the most awesome people I know. He loved it! But then he got a little sad because his “friend” would get jealous that he didn’t get art. so I drew the kid, just to make my friend feel not so crappy. And I drew him again. and again. I’ve drawn this kid 6 times without being asked. Just up and drew him. 8 all together if you count the commissions SOMEONE ELSE paid for for him. Oh but none of this was on a “whim”. God forbid if it was on a whim

So I drew his picture without an ounce of effort as I listened to his boyfriend badmouth me on a stream. That’s always fun. I betcha not once has this kid mentioned to the others he’s gone whining to that I have drawn him on a number of occasions.

To top it off. I can guarantee he tells everyone I flipped out and called him greedy. I did call this kid greedy. When you get stuff for others and EXPECT stuff in return? That’s an art trade, not a gift. I will call anyone greedy that EXPECTS stuff from their “friends”. Yeah. This poison is never being drawn by me again. Ya get that? Cause I know you can see this and you stalk my shit just so you can whine more. Go ahead. Those who don’t wish to speak to me anymore over me calling your “friend” greedy, be my guest~ But know the facts before considering this kid your “friend”.
