Adam’s tempted by more than just apples in this modern coming of age tale inspired by Paradise Lost. 

Innocence Lost: Genesis, is a short concept film being produced in hopes that the finished product will inspire the feature length version to be made. Once completed, it will be sent to various film festivals worldwide!  

The story is inspired by Paradise Lost by John Milton, which is an epic poem written in the 17th century and involves the Biblical story of the Fall of Man. The poem begins with Satan’s fall from Heaven and tells the story of Adam and Eve’s temptation in the Garden of Eden.

Innocence Lost takes place in modern day and is told from the point of view of the protagonist named, Adam. Adam discovers a community of artists living together in a large estate owned by a man named, Kenny. This mecca of creation represents a sort of Garden of Eden where Adam meets a girl and is introduced to many new things. Kenny fulfills all the wildest desires of his residents with his one rule being to stay out of his library. This short film is an introduction to the characters and the world that they live in.
