Well, another week gone. I've made some progress in a lot of different things. I didn't feel the best this past week, so I didn't get as much done as I'd like, but I did pretty ok with writing despite how crummy I felt for a few days, haha. I think this next week will be even more successful though. I'm thinking a bit about craft things to sell through my ko-fi. I need to finalize a few things, but it's promising! I'll hopefully have something more to say about that by early July. We'll see. Catch y'all next Sunday!

This has been another messy week. I'm just lucky to have over a thousand words written at this point, haha. Family stuff, house stuff, just plain busy-ness. I'm still getting a lot of story ideas, I just need time to write them. Oh boy. Heh. Weekly Writing Update #203 (May 25th, 2026)

Well, between Memorial Day and AEW and WWE both having shows this weekend, I didn't get a lot of writing done this past week, but the progress on NYE 2024 continues and it's close to 10K words long now, so that's something. I think the week ahead will be better for writing time, I hope anyway! I'm not gonna have a long update, it just is what it is, the idea train keeps rolling on. Hopefully I'll have time to implement those ideas into actual stories before TOO long, haha. I'll see y'all next weekend with more.

Weekly Writing Update #202 (May 18th, 2026)

Quick update. Been a busy, long week but look at me, slow, steady progress. Kind of. Last time I tried to upload a fic onto FFN, it wouldn't let me so I don't know what's going on there, but eh. Felt strange to only upload to AO3. I guess I should try that again. Anyway, we're making consistent progress on the NY 2024 fic, I'm hoping it'll be done and up soon! Also, I'm almost done with the cleaning/bedroom furniture refresh project I've been working on for ages, so hopefully that'll give me more time for writing and other such things soon. Anyway, I have other things to go do really quickly so I'll be back next week with another update. See y'all then (and hopefully HOOK will be done filming and back on AEW this coming week…!)

Weekly Writing Update #201 (May 11th, 2026)

WELL. Hullo. This week has been pretty decent writing wise. I had the impulse to write a fic for the boys' birthdays Monday, then the internet was down for a couple of hours Thursday night, so I had a couple of hours to sit around while I waited for it to be fixed, which gave me more time to write. All in all, I'm pretty pleased with my word count for the week. Hopefully it can continue. I'm continuing to make slow progress on NYE 2024, and hopefully it'll be done and posted in the next few weeks. Everything else, well, I'm slowly moving on it. We'll see! I hope to have everything caught up soon. Right now though, it's late, and I want to relax and watch some silly videos before bed so I'm gonna just post this now. See y'all next Sunday.

Weekly Writing Update #200 (May 4th, 2026)

Hullo. Well, this is my 200th update and I wanted it to be special but it's been another week of not great word counts. I'm now on the other side of my Collision event, so I think I'll have more time now for both writing and finishing all of the plans I have for my bedroom. Hopefully, anyway. I posted about Collision on my twitter and tumblr ayumidah accounts, so feel free to take a look at that. Getting to see Hook and Orange on the same night when both were not booked or injured for my last two events was pretty nice! Anyway, I'll be back next Sunday with more, hopefully I'll get caught up on sleep and everything else soon and start to write more afterwards. Weekly Writing Update #199 (April 27th, 2026)

Another late WWU update, haha. So it's going to be short, but yeah, it was Mystery Wrestling today and other stuff was going on so I'm just now getting things wrapped up. The week ahead's going to be busy so I won't have a lot of time because I'm going to be getting ready for AEW Collision in Peoria Saturday, but I'll see how much writing I can get done. This week was a smidge better than last week, so that's something, I suppose. Haha. Maybe once AEW comes and goes, I'll be able to write more in May but I feel like I say this every week. Hullo. Well, this is certainly late, huh? I'm not going to say a lot, because I'm only now winding down after Wrestlemania, but, WELL. It's been a day. Haha. Twelve days til I'm going to AEW. I hope I can get more things written this week, but I have finally written over a thousand words in a week again, so that's good. I'm making steady progress in writing more. But the week ahead seems busy and weird, so I don't know. Hopefully I'll be able to maintain my word count. I'll see y'all next Sunday with another update.

Weekly Writing Update #197 (April 13th, 2026)

So, it's another week with a fairly poor update. I'm trying not to feel bad about it, but we're in a weird period of time where I have a lot of ideas, but little time, energy and motivation to write stuff. I'm making very slow progress on a few things, but not as much as I'd like. I'm trying. All I can ask is that people be patient, and hopefully things will be better after Wrestlemania, oooooor maybe after my Collision event in May when I'm less busy for awhile. Also I'm in the process of redoing a lot of things in my bedroom, which takes even more time and energy, so. Ugh. We'll see, ha. I hopefully will have a better update next week but it is Mania week so doubtful. See ya then.

Second week in a row that's gotten away from me really badly, heh. Well, Easter and other things coming up unexpectedly kept me from really focusing on stuff I wanted to do, but that's ok. March is always a weird month, especially this year. As it stands I got out of jury duty this coming week, and I'm 85% done with spring cleaning so I will hopefully have more time and energy for a decent amount of writing this coming week. It's been kind of a rough week mentally and creatively so I don't have a lot to talk about in this update. I'm still writing at least a little bit daily so it's not the worst it could be, it's just not great. Hopefully this coming week will be easier. Wish me luck on that, haha. I am making progress in another things, just kinda hit a temporary slump with writing. But I'll get past it, I'm sure. This week has been unexpectedly busy and unexpectedly weird and I didn't get a lot of writing done because of it. Oops? Hopefully this week to come will be quieter and I'll have more time. But I did get to see Project Hail Mary and it was very good! Highly recommended! Ryan Gosling is just rapidly becoming one of my favorite actors. Anyway it's late and I have way too many things to do yet before bed (This is all basketball's fault!!!) so I'm gonna go, hopefully I'll have a better update for next week. See ya then.

Weekly Writing Update #192 (March 9th, 2026)

So I pretty much wrote NOTHING this past week, lol. But I do have an excuse, I suppose, because Friday was my birthday and I've been pretty busy. OH and ANOTHER thing I was busy with was AEW came out of nowhere when I woke up on Monday to find they'd announced my city is getting another Collision show in May so I had to scramble to figure out finances to get tickets on the presale Thursday, which was NOT expected, haha. Anyway watch for me in the crowd on May 2nd episode, I should be on hardcam area with a big ol' Ciampa sign, and HOOK sign and whatever else I think of by then. I'm sure I'll talk more about it leading up to that. Anyway, it's late and I wanna go relax and watch stuff before bed so I'll be back next week. I should have time to write more than … uh, less than 500 words. I hope lol.

Weekly Writing Update #191 (March 2nd, 2026)

Today has been something, haha. I originally was planning on doing things~ today and getting a lot accomplished, but then the 1-2 punch of me not feeling the best and AO3 being down most of the day really put a crimp in those plans, haha. I also don't know how much I'm going to accomplish the rest of this week because my birthday is Friday (AH I'M OLD) so it's gonna be a busy few days from Thursday to Sunday, for various reasons. Heh. Well, another week has come and gone! It's almost the best month of the year, March. The month when all us fishies celebrate (and some rams, too, of course) My word count for the week isn't as great as I'd like it to be but I've been pretty busy with other things on the ol to-do list. Thankfully I'm close to done with something that's been taking up a lot of my time, so hopefully once I'm done with that, I'll have more time to dedicate to my actual writing.
