"this is doctor Margo Trofimova, and i write this entry to tell about the bird creature along with my colleague, Molly turner. these bird creature appear to be similar to members of Phorusrhacidae genus, who are more commonly known as terror birds with them being of size of kelenkens, and elders being more bigger than avarage birds of their species.
they have jagged edges of their beaks and long, whip like tail with males having additional long feathers. the appearance of these alien birds has to include mimicry (excluding young hatchlings), as they mimicrate local dangerous flora but they are immune to it and i guess can consume it, me and Molly hasn't examine them properly but as far as we know, one specimen came closer to us and we were scared because it might attack us but the specimen showed complete neutrality towards us. it's judgmental look will always haunt my dreams. and it appears that they have gender dymorphysm as male birds are bigger and more brighter than female ones.
also we managed to see a family of birds that included a male, his mate and their 3 young hatchlings, both of the parents are seem to be involved in raising the hatchling, also parents seem to actively bond with their children.
i hope to get more updates on these beautiful creatures.
end of the entry."
