🇩🇪 Wow Bremen!
At the last Sunday of my holiday last June 2017, we had a day trip at Bremen together with other friends. They have a hobby of photography and that is why the shots are so nice.
Bremen it self is a wonder hidden in Germany. Most of the times people are talking about Cologne, Munich, Dresden and Heidelberg. It is worth it to visit this place and its generally cheaper because its not a Metropolitan as compared to other famous german cities.
🇩🇪 Alles ist gut! North Germany: Sylt and Hamburg
Last June 2017 I have visited Liza at Hamburg for a week. This was the only time I was able to visit Germany that it was hot and sunny. Most of the time its gloomy and windy.
My phone was still not that good, It could not justify what you could have seen in Germany when its Summer. Sylt is a Northern Island and a Summer Holiday place for Germans, its like the untouched Florida of North Germany plus you will really enjoy the meadowfields with the Frisian Houses.😊🙂
🇮🇱 Holy Land Day 8: Lower Galilee
The Lower Galilee is the southern part of the Galilee. It's called "Lower" since it is less mountainous than the Upper Galilee. The peaks of the Lower Galilee rise to 500 meters above sea level. The tallest peaks are Mount Kamon (598 m) at the northern part of the Lower Galilee and Mount Tabor (588 m) in the southern part.

🇮🇱 Holy Land Day 7: Central Galilee
Galilee is a region in northern Israel. The Galilee region was presumably the home of Jesus during at least 30 years of his life. Much of the first three Gospels of the New Testament give an account of Jesus' public ministry in this province, particularly in the towns of Nazareth and Capernaum. Galilee is also cited as the place where Jesus performed many public miracles, including curing a blind man. After the death of Jesus, some accounts suggest his disciples returned to Galilee and their experience of His Resurrection took place there.

🇵🇸 Holy Land Day 6: Jericho
Jericho is a city in the Palestinian Territories and is located near the Jordan River in the West Bank.
The earliest settlement was located at the present-day Tell es-Sultan (or Sultan's Hill), a couple of kilometers from the current city. In both Arabic and Hebrew, tell means "mound" - consecutive layers of habitation built up a mound over time, as is common for ancient settlements in the Middle East and Anatolia.

🇵🇸 Holy Land Day 5: Bethlehem and Judean Region
Bethlehem
"House of Bread"; is a Palestinian City located in the central West Bank, Palestine, about 10 km (6.2 miles) south of Jerusalem. The Hebrew Bible, which says that the city of Bethlehem was built up as a fortified city by Rehoboam, identifies it as the city David was from and where he was crowned as the king of Israel. The New Testament identifies Bethlehem as the birthplace of Jesus. Bethlehem was destroyed by the Emperor Hadrian during the second-century Bar Kokhba revolt; its rebuilding was promoted by Empress Helena, mother of Constantine the Great, who commissioned the building of its great Church of the Nativity in 327 CE.
Judea
Is the ancient biblical, Roman, and modern name of the mountainous southern part of Palestine. The name originates from the Hebrew, Canaanite and later neo-Babylonian and Persian name "Yehudah" or "Yehud" for the biblical Israelitetribe of Judah (Yehudah) and associated Kingdom of Judah, which the 1906 Jewish Encyclopedia dates from 934 until 586 BCE.

🇵🇸🇮🇱 Holy Land Day 4: Hebron and Jerusalem
Hebron is a Palestinian city located in the southern West Bank, 30 km (19 mi) south of Jerusalem. Nestled in the Judaean Mountains. The city is venerated by Jews, Christians, and Muslims for its association with Abraham, containing the traditional burial site of the biblical Patriarchs and Matriarchs, within the Cave of the Patriarchs. In Judaism it is considered the second-holiest city after Jerusalem, while Islam regards it as one of the four holy cities.

This is the only City in the World that I would always want to comeback again and again. With so much history attached with the city, you would always have something to do and to experience.

It is a city located on a plateau in the Judaean Mountains between the Mediterranean and the Dead Sea. One of the oldest cities in the world.

This was my first time coming into an Orthodox Church at Jacob's Well. It was a learning experience for us. It was nice, imagining the stories from the Old Testament, knowing that those were the places where the stories are stated.

🇮🇱 HOLY LAND TOUR DAY 1: Joppa and Tel-Aviv

This will always the best and most memorable holiday/tour/pilgrimage I had. This would a day to day post, I always would want to travel to Israel eversince I became a Protestant Christian last 2004. I can't wait for my next Pilgrimage this February 2020, now it would be more special because I would be travelling together with my wife and mom.

The Historic City of Berlin 🇩🇪

This is the second time I'll be flying to meet Liza. We decided to have a Day Walk-Tour around Berlin.
There is so much to see, learn and experience. Just by walking around the famous sites you will be in awestruck.
Featuring Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate
Monuments around the City; including the famous Holocaust Memorial and Russian Monuments.
Berlin Cathedral
And ofcourse, the Berlin Wall.
I would want to comeback to Berlin, to visit more sites and Museum, to learn more about this Historic City.
Hamburg 🇩🇪 (November 2016)
I'll be starting to post some brief photoblogs about my travel since 2016. Quite a of throwback in the next posts to come.
My first visit to meet my soulmate in person. Its like a fairytale, this is the first time we have met but we were so close, so excited to spend time with each other. I remember the jitters before my flight to Hamburg. God is so good, everything went well and I made it clear that I wanted her to be my wife.
Hamburg is a river side metropolitan, with organised public transport, a lot of new scenes to see and good night life. There are less Old-German Architecture, accordingly they were one of the cities quite damaged by World War II.
Overall, its a nice city to visit especially because you are also near to other smaller North Germany Cities.

Second Chance to Life: Open Heart Surgery
I praise and thank my Lord Jesus Christ in guiding and giving me strength all throughout my heart operation and recuperation.
It was just so amazing to think that I had a major open-heart surgery to correct my Atrial-Septal Defect for my Congenital Heart Disease, and I was discharge for home just 6 days after.
All this time, I thought I was just weak or unhealthy. It did not really bothered me why most of my friends are able to withstand strenous physical activity.
Last June 2017, I was investigated at the Falls and Syncope Clinic due to a vasovagal episode that happened months before. Bloods, ECG and blood pressure reading were non-significant. That lead the consultant to dig more into my family and personal history, she then concluded that I will need to have an Echocardiogram to see and have a picture of my heart. I was called to clinic, just days after my holiday at North Germany. I was informed that I have an Atrial-Septal Defect, a hole in my heart. The cardiologist offered then for a correction either by a device put in to cover the hole or via open heart surgery. Additional test were done to determine and to have a better picture of my heart, I had a Tranoesophageal Echocardiogram and a Cardiac MRI. Cardiologist are now sure that only through open heart surgery, that my defect can be corrected. I was not too bad yet, I was still definitely alright and can tolerate a lot of activity, I am working full time and even on night shifts. The correction is needed to be done for me not to have a better quality of life on my 40's to 60's.
I had my surgery last April 27, 2018, I was a struggle in the first few hours in the Cardio ITU, its hard to keep calm especially when you understand everything that is happening. I am a nurse by profession, a Renal-Dialysis Nurse who actually goes to ITU to dialyse some patients. Good thing my fianceé, my mom and my friends were there. Their presence is enough for me to be relaxed. I was then transfered to the ward, for further routine observation up until I will be strong enough to be sent home.
I am just truly grateful that I was given the opportunity to have this surgery here in the United Kingdom, not only that... I was operated in one of the best heart hospital if not the best heart hospital in the country. Come to think of it, its not just an accident, it was God's plan for me to be healed. I was still in the Philippines right now I would not know that I have a heart defect, I might only discover this when its really worse and I am on my forties, more complications and I more probably weaker at that state and age.
Truly God has His plans, and we are sure that it is for the best. I am still on my sickleave and will be back at work in 3 weeks time. I am currently enrolled in a cardio rehabilitation program and hopefully my heart will continue to adjust and be normal just like everybody elses. As this repaired heart is beating and doing well in me, I'm really looking forward to day where I can play competitive basketball or even run a marathon. As for now, its time to get strong and healthy. 😊
