Currently, some amazing people in the FRC are working on Stylus themes that modify and make the new FR themes easier to look at/navigate; so far, the ones that I've heard of or found are...:

Warm Toned Dark Theme (what I'm currently trying; I actually saw this when I peeked into the forums while seeing if the Simple Dark Redux helped me) | Forum Post for this theme

Simple Dark Redux For FR (found thanks to @archerbug-fr 's post; this one has multiple color options, so if you can safely do so, see if any help you!)

Legacy UI (also found via aforementioned post) | Forum thread for this theme | Currently the creator is on hiatus.

I can personally only use these themes at my desktop or laptop, sadly, however, so far, the Warmed Tone Dark Theme is a genuine massive help.

Note: There is still that occasional flicker between pages for me. So, please take caution if you're sensitive to flickers/flashes.

Guess what just delivered today 👀

Edited some of my scenes to make myself custom puzzles from my own art!!! So excited to put them together.

It’s going to be so cool to see them finished because they’re big! I had to rescale the originals up a fair bit because my typical canvas size is actually pretty small since I don’t normally print my work. I also boosted the brightness to make sure they wouldn’t be too dark.

This is totally an incentive for me to do more big pieces too I want to do this again.
