safe spaces & blocking tags

heyo!

i just wanted to come here and say something about safe spaces and blocking tags!!

your safe space is created by you choosing to block things that make you uncomfortable because NOTHING is a universal safe space.

things that bring one person comfort can be a trigger for another person.

it's everyone's job to regulate their own experiences because you cannot universally apply one safe space.

tumblr CAN be a safe space. there's no for you page and everything is self regulated, so follow/block tags at your own discretion.

the only person who is responsible for keeping your safe space safe is you!

see someone cross tagging? block the tags you don’t like!

see a post you don’t like? block the person!

someone is posting something that brings them comfort, but makes you uncomfortable? block! block! block!

nobody is obligated or responsible for catering to your comfortability. especially random strangers online.

i’m sorry i haven’t been active recently ;^; !!

i have 2 jobs and i’m currently looking for a 3rd one, so i’ve been super busy.

adult life is taking a big toll on my mental health, i’m gonna try to make time for regression!! it’s just hard balancing work, family, friends, and my hobbies.

i need my little time. i need to something to help me cope with the stress of my big life.

i love milk soda, it’s so sweet and the flavour is so comforting, i love drinking this when i’m regressed!

I think being in preschool would save me.

Routine, being walked through the day with support and care. Circle time, reading time, playtime, snacktime, naps.

Being gently taught that it's okay to make mistakes, how to handle big feelings, how to make friends, treat others well, be treated well by others.

No exams, no future to worry about, no big homework assignments, just learning how to write my name and how to ask others to play with me.

Answering my own questionnaire, again lol

1. i have 5 stick n pokes from when i was 14-17 years old, and 2 tattoos! 1 done by my bf's lesbian aunty when i was 18 and my only professional tattoo i got in march! i also have 11 piercings, earlobes, double labret, angle fangs, dahlia bites, septum, bridge, and my left eyebrow! i plan to get way more!!!

2. i work at a fast food pizza place, it's actually pretty fun!

3. i draw, sew, write, and read! along with play roblox with my friends and nephews!!

4. i have a boyfriend, we're gonna be celebrating our 5 year anniversary in august! not too sure if i can consider him a caregiver though lol,

6. i've dyed my hair more times than i can count lol, i currently have it bleached and have raccoon tails!

7. my favorite band is easily get scared, they've been my favorite band since i was 12!
