There’s another laugh, his shoulders shaking a little.

“Nothing? You? What, you’ve learned to be stealthy while I was away?” he’s teasing him.

“Should I be laughing?”

“Thought not,” he can’t help but let out a little laugh at that, calmly striding over and perching on the edge of the roof in which they stood. At least the night was quiet for once.

“I have done absolutely nothing of interest.”

Another brief pause and the phoenix huffs, shifting back to human shape with a burst of flames and a wry smile.

“Not much to talk about on my end… unless listening about a round trip over miles of water is your idea of a conversation.”

There’s a pause, a moment used to groom the feathers on his chest.

‘There is something to talk about?’

He shrugged. “No, but it seemed like you wanted to talk.”

Anyway, laptop is semifixed, although I lost most of my data and the guy who ‘fixed’ it backed up the virus as well onto my computer, but I’m here. So... what’d I miss?

[Hiatus]

Due to my lack of method of replying in a proper, organized way, this account and my main blog will be on hiatus until I get my laptop is either fully repaired or replaced, it hardly works, it has a virus, and the sound’s broken. "Well, I’m responsible for several ruined up lives, in fact, I’ve lost count at this stage. And New York was collateral damage, I didn’t try to fuck it up."

((Eh, he’s been a little deprived of action. He might be a little too snappy. I have no access to my reaction images as I fucked up my computer.))

"You swear what? Your taunts mean nothing to me. If that’s a challenge, I’ve fought stronger than you." He taunted. He could easily kill her. But then again, it’s fun to play with her. She gets so easily annoyed and her reactions were always entertaining.

"I swear if you keep calling me shit like that, I’ll fucking cut you. Even if you’ve fought people stronger than me, you’ll have trouble keeping up with me," she smirked almost in a cocky manner. What was it with people messing with her? It almost seemed like it was on purpose.

"You’ll fucking cut me? Well, that’s the first time I’ve heard that. And the last person who attempted was Heller and that went well for him." He sighed, almost mockingly, "if you’re gonna run, I hope you don’t get tired easily."

"You really are underestimating me. I’m not running, not anymore," she knew she was overestimating her powers. "Don’t really need to now."

"Last chance, dear. I'll even give you a head start." Was he actually going to let her run? Eh, whatever, at least he's get some entertainment out of it. "I'll give you 30 seconds to run."

"Well, excuse me, princess." He retorted. "Either way, the only reason you ended up like that was by chance. I don’t personally single people out. Makes things complicated, especially, when they turn into Walkers instead of Evolved." He shrugged. She just wouldn’t stop, would she? Why was it so hard for people to die and stay dead these days?

She bared her teeth in an almost animalistic manner and growled lowly. “Swear to God, Mercer. STOP.”

Her arm began to start moving under her skin as her anger built. She didn’t mind fighting, but with him, she was still slightly intimidated, although her anger would dull that concern. He may be stronger, but she was still faster.
