Sauber-Mercedes The Group C RaceCars 1985-1991 World Champions, John Starkey,Veloce Pubishers, 2019.  I have been looking to read this book for a long time as it has been out of print and now I am glad I own it, Mr.Starkey has put together a top-notch book on these legendary silverarrows, You need not be a Fan of Mercedes to appreciate this book. Beautiful photography within this hardcover reprint and the writer has done a stellar job. This is a extraordinary story and it has been done justice with this book. :

My Review for Chevrolet Corvette The First Four Decades of Racing Success 1956-1996 By John Starkey, Veloce publishers,2019 : It’s been years since this wonderful little book was published and now thanks to Veloce Classic Reprint Series we have it back and with a beautiful cover with the Corvette GTP car on the cover, this little hardbound book covers all the Corvette Glory from the earliest days to 1996. Color and black And white, My favorite thing about this book is how much there is on The Greenwood Cars, The Garcia Bros. Racing team of Miami/Hialeah,Fl and alot of the other things ordinary books on the Corvette and Corvette racing tend to glow over. I remember vividly, because there were convertibles in 1986, when the drop-top returned to the Corvette fold. Also, the wheels were missing the black center caps. Back then, in the Showroom of Anthony Abraham Chevrolet (later AutoNation Chevrolet), I recall telling my dad I wanted the black one, a coupe. My dad is a GM guy and I owe my Corvette
