Coming back to the post yesterday and imagining Kacchan, minus the Heroes Rising Amnesia plotline, remembering the fight and Izuku giving OFA to him,

And Katsuki crashing tf out about "Its okay if it's you"

Losing his mind, hands in his hair, turning red from frustration and embarrassment and other things he cant name yet,

Katsuki and Izuku finally sort their shit out and start going out and suddenly, Katsuki can't keep his hands off Izuku when they're out and about, on duty, in classroom, in briefings, going to the store, their parents' houses, anywhere

Not in a making out or overtly PDA kind of way, but literally, just having his hand on Izuku at all times.

Holding hands. Hand on a waist as they walk. Hand on a shoulder while they stand side by side in a briefing. Passing by Izuku in the store and letting his hand trail across his back as he goes to find the best cut of meat he can for their dinner. Fingers tracing or twirling or fiddling with his hair. Not to mention, he likes grabbing his cheeks and face when he's teasing him or when they've been too quiet for too long and he just needs the stimulation and Izuku's squishy cheeks are the perfect thing to make him smirk and regulate his emotions again.

Katsuki with his hands always finding Izuku in some way or another, finally letting the strong affection he's been suppressing for years loose.

Interestingly, it causes observers to think that Katsuki is the dominant one in their relationship, the possessive one--Katsuki can still have outward scowls when his hand is so tenderly on Izuku's waist and people read that as "IZUKU IS MINE"

but anyone who knows them better knows that it's more like

"I AM IZUKU'S and everyone needs to KNOW"

And that no one has a bigger devotion than Katsuki has about Izuku, and that no one has a worse possessive/protective streak than Izuku has about Katsuki. (Their enemies don't find this out until its too late, of course)

When you know that Horikoshi loves hands, loves their symbolism, thinks theyre the most expressive part of the human body aside from the face(and honestly he is so right)

Its really no wonder that we all headcanon/surmise from his writing that Katsuki, his deuteragonist, is The Clingiest when it comes to expressing his love.

The same Katsuki who has been thinking about one hand hold gone wrong for an entire decade, the very same who's dangerous Quirk comes from his hands, the very same who used to hurt with his hands and now chooses to reach out whenever he can... who could have very well lost the use of his hand but persevered through grueling rehab to keep it...

Of course that guy would be a CLINGY, PINING, HAND HOLDER, once he allowed himself to be. Of course Hori would write the biggest Yearner Of All Time and center the dynamic around hands.
