bertholdt hate, like genuine pure unbridled hate, is crazy.

not liking a character is perfectly fine, you dont have to like bertholdt. he did do some bad things.

but like hating him to the extent where you lie just to justify it goes crazyy... iykyk

i think bertholdt is one of the best character in aot. i love him and he does no wrong in my eyes

he was such a good friend to reiner, it was shown when he tried to make sure reiner would survive the blast of his transformation. not to mention he was actively thinking of him the whole time.

too bad armin ate him lol, he shouldve stayed crispy.

to me bertholdt is just the product of how he was raised, he was like 12 when he broke the wall, and what else was he supposed to do? go home without doing anything? his dad was dying, being an honorary marleyan was the only thing he could think of doing. also its not like he was taught to value the lives of those inside the walls. he never even got to see his dad again, or become an adult ☹️
