It's just awfully unhealthy processed sugar and fat that gets displayed on your body for everyone to see, it doesn't care about you, and it definitely isn't helping you
Is comparing myself to bigger people helping me?
No it's not, just because someone else is "bigger" or "fatter, guess what? That doesn't make YOU skinner, big surprise ik, So stop wasting time and energy on that and workout or something productive, girl
Ask yourself if you're actually hungry before you stuff your face, are you starving, or do you just have no self control. Girl I know you're not about to let a Hershey bar take all your self respect, just put it down to avoid the crying that we both know you'll do in an hour
If you think about being thinner or skinner EVERY single day, then act like, if you think about something that damn much you should stick to it and be strong, have the strength to discipline yourself, don't act like a loser who makes empty goals and promises to herself.
Nobody cares about being skinny If you're stupid and lazy, instead of eating a McChicken, go get that math grade up
