sooo my calories plans for the next six months hopefully is gonna help me lose 4 lbs a week! of course it won’t be constantly perfect but that’s how much i need to lose soo

monday: 1,000
tuesday: 600
wednesday: 600
thursday: 500
friday: 600
saturday: 1,000
sunday: 1,000
week 2
monday: 600
tuesday: 700
wednesday: 800
thursday: 1,000
friday: 700
saturday: 700
sunday: 600
i also plan to fast at least one day a week or if absolutely not possible, half at least 2 days calorie intakes a week.
my current job is dog walking so that + college hang out time should keep a steady 300-600 calories burnt on the week days except friday cos i have four day weeks.
