I love wtnv, I’ve been a fan for 7 years, but I hate on it a lot. I have a burning resentment for the writers and most of the people involved with making it. I tend to be critical so if that bothers you beware! It’s out of love but I can be harsh at times.

hey yall, i really don’t want to create drama or anything around this but please do not share your art on welcome to night vale’s patreon. the concept of it is a bit sketchy to begin with and it doesn’t seem like they asked for permission to use any of the fanart in the graphic they made to promote this feature. this is a really ignorant and entitled way to treat fanworks and i would really hate to see anything similar happen to anybody else’s art.

i understand why it may be enticing, but please just share your work here on tumblr. or literally any other social media site. there is already a place for wtnv fans to share their art and discuss it. for free!

if you are one of the artists featured in the graphic, i urge you to pester them about taking it down or crediting you. if you’re not one of the artists but are also frustrated about this, please be respectful if you choose to say anything about it under their social media posts.

please do not pay them to put your artwork behind a paywall!
