actually it’s a little funny to think that starlight glimmer only took issue with trapping stygian in a pocket dimension like it was some sort of attack on morality (even though he deserved it for being boring) because he had never personally affected her, considering how she was totally okay with locking up a 5 year old, and that 5 year old just so happened to have trapped her in an orb.

im just saying if it was actually personal that she didn’t take any issue with cozy glow being sealed away that’s kind of funny. did they accidentally write starlight glimmer to hold personal grudges against children. actually you know what fuck my “extremely strong moral compass”, this child was mean to me

so how come they refused to redeem the only antagonists in mlp to get development throughout a season. like you could say discord was developed but it was done in a single episode, while cozy glow, tirek and chrysalis had like. Six episodes of screen time together IN ONE SEASON!! why did they do that. was it for the sake of the stupid grogar reveal which is still bad and stupid because if it was im about to chew rocks

i think we all know why cozy glow was petrified instead of literally any other antagonist - if an antagonist can be murdered or have the tar beaten out of them until they go away that is always the first resort. only ever extend a hand of friendship to those too powerful to defeat in a physical fight or those we cannot explode, and also that one man child for some reason
