Friday Night Smackdown

The double standard is so blatant it's ridiculous. Chelsea Green gets hurt and they want her to relinquish the title but Rhea Ripley has been sitting at home with a title she should have relinquished months ago.

Gunther picking on Chelsea then beating up Matt was lame. Matt should have won and embarrassed Gunther. He sure does a lot of trash talking for someone who hasn't won a big match in a while.

Even though I like Chelsea, Nia Jax is right. She was screwed over 2x and should get a title shot. Still irritated that they didn't give us Carmelo Hayes vs Trick Williams. Baron Corbin as US Champion doesn't interest me at all.

It's like the viewers who turned on The Queen forgot the past 2 seasons and how Rheanyra lost her mother, father, her best friend betrayed her, her siblings betrayed her, her guard betrayed her. Her 1st husband left her. They called her older sons bastards. They killed 2 of her Velaryon sons. She had a stillbirth. Her father made her heir to the throne before he died but the next day Alicient (her stepmother) lied and they made Aaegon, the weakest and dumbest king. Then when she finally became Queen her kingdom was in shambles, no gold, full of rats, not enough food for her subjects. Ormond trying to trick her with a fake Daeron. Her half-sister calling her cruel and ugly saying their father would hate her when Haelena's brothers are brutal. She isn't cruel she just had enough of the disrespect.

Eva tries to convince her mother to move on from Ted but of course she doesn't listen.

Ted tells Carlton there were many times he wanted to deck him. Carlton said if he wants to work that out he's right here.

Bill says he's sick not blind. Vernon says cut the crap and asks if he's trying to rekindle things with Dani.

Eva and Izaiah are at Orphey Gene's when Kat comes over and greets them. Kat talks about Bill being in the hospital and what a snake Hayley is. She tells them Chelsea is strong amd getting through it. She leaves them to their lovefest. Anita, Nicole and Vernon are at the Country Club waiting for Dani. She shows up to tell them to express their concerns then she tells them everything is fine and she won't mess up her relationship with Andre. Anita says they will not be dismissed. She goes on about the girls believing Hayley is cheating. Anita tells her it's none of her business. Dani disagrees she feels Bill is vulnerable and needs support.

Deanna meets up with Noah and they go on a date. Andre calls his friend Henry about their mutual pest. Joey is with Vanessa and she leaves for work. He calls someone to snatch up Heather. Heather complains Joey using his goons to kidnap her. Chelsea shows up and says hello to Izaiah and Eva. Izaiah praises Eva for keeping her cool with Kat. (Why? Kat didn't do anything to her. I'm so sick of people treating Eva like a victim.) Andre looks petrified when Martin and Smitty show up to talk to him. They ask if he's ok and he lies. Martin asks him to join them for the charity basketball game he declines. He says he likes to stay behind the scenes. Martin goes to get coffee. Smitty asks him if it's about the unwanted friend. He says he can handle it. They leave and Henry calls Andre to tell him their mutual pest is in the DMV.

Joey tells Heather to stay away from Vanessa or he'll kill her. Heather tells him she's not messing with Vanessa. Heather says the difference between him and her is she doesn't mind getting her hands dirty. Joey says he has a conscience. (How does he have a conscience when he literally had Vanessa's husband killed and he continues to lie to her?) Heather promises she won't hurt Vanessa. Joey tells another one of his workers to watch Heather along with Randy. Meanwhile Deanna and Noah at Uptown are talking about him doung open mic night and Vanessa sees them. Deanna introduces him to her. He invites Vanessa to sit with them and they talk. After Noah leaves Vanessa tells Deanna she's happy to see her smile again. She says since Doug died this makes Vanessa uncomfortable. Deanna doesn't want to make a big deal out of her and Noah. She tells Vanessa about the open mic night and she says she'll invite some people to support Noah. Deanna says Joey can come. Vanessa tells her it's not really his thing but she will be there

Deanna leaves to see Kat and Chelsea at Orphey Gene's. Vanessa leaves to see Joey. Eva and Izaiah are talking about their intimacy and his foreplay game while Chelsea is telling Kat Hayley will never kerp her from spending time with her father. Deanna comes to talk to them and invites them to go to Noah's open mic night. They tell her they'll try to make it. Vanessa goes to see Joey at the casino. Martin and Smitty see Nicole, Anita, Vernon and Dani at the Country Club and talk to them about the charity basketball game. Martin reveals his team Kial, Carlton, Ted and him. He's looking for another teammate. (Martin doesn't have any old college friends?)

While they're talking Vernon thinks he sees Andre. Dani teases Nicole about Carlton, Ted and Kial playing on the same team and if she should invite her high school boyfriend so it will be Team Nicole. Dani calls him but it goes straight to voicemail. Andre is at the hotel and doesn't answer Dani's call. He walks in the room, looks around and Heather is sitting on the sofa.

Vanessa and Joey are at the Country Club for lunch and it's the same thing about the elites of Fairmount Crest looking down on him. Same shit, no one cares. Andre is in his feelings about Dani worrying about Bill. Kat sneaks into Bill's room to give him a rib sandwich. Martin, Smitty and Samantha throw a small party for Tyrell to cheer him up. Samantha gets a text and leaves. Hayley catches her and Kat and Hayley exchange insults. Kat calls her a Bratz doll and accuses her of trying to kill Bill. Kat leaves and Bill reprimands her for being rude to Kat. Hayley pulls the doting wife routine but Bill isn't impressed. He thinks she's acting.

Naomi is in Bill's office when Tomas shows up questioning why she's there. Naomi has had enough and tells Tomas this is the last time he will demean her. He claims he's upset about Bill. (Really so why hasn't he visited him in the hospital?) Tomas wants to start over. They shake hands and make up. Naomi gives Caroline a gift from her and Chelsea thanking her for helping Bill. Caroline says the dispatcher kept her calm. Naomi reveals that was her mother inlaw. Dani, Andre, Vanessa and Joey are having lunch. Joey and Vanessa ask about Bill which irritates Andre. Ted calls Andre and he leaves. Dani tells Vanessa she loves Andre and she doesn't understand why she has feelings for Bill who hurt her so much over the years. (Dani is holding on all the good times with Bill. She's overly romanticizing those moments as if the bad times never existed.) She needs to let him go in her head and her heart. Vanessa thinks the "elevator incident" affected her more than she's letting on. Dani denies it.

Kat informs Ted about how Chelsea and Naomi are doing. She also talks about Dani and how she's dealing with things. Andre shows up to talk to Ted. Andre vents about Dani and her family rally together to support Bill. Andre says Vernon usually helps him see things more clearly. Ted gives advice by telling him to put his foot down with Bill and Dani. Naomi and Caroline talk about how Hayley has changed and Naomi asks her if she trusts Tomas. Caroline says she trusts him as far as she can throw him. Naomi asks why? Caroline says she stopped trusting Tomas when he started treating the assistants like furniture. She believes people that treat their assistants poorly are trash. (I agree. You can tell a lot about someone by the way they treat assistants and other people who work for them.) Caroline feels when it comes to Tomas, Bill has a blindspot. Naomi says Tomas is the son he never had. Caroline says he's close to Tomas because Naomi won't work with him. Naomi says she's just helping until Bill gets better.

Martin and Smitty do all they can to uplift Tyrell who is heartbroken over losing his first love. Samantha meets with Jessica and tells her to stay away from Tyrell and stop giving him mix signals. Jessica leaves and Kat shows up. Samantha tells her what happened to Tyrell. Kat says she'll stop by and give him some Auntie advice. Samantha leaves and Kat sits with Tomas who looks upset. He explains what happened with Naomi and asks Kat to talk to her. Kat says she won't get caught in the middle and won't discuss it with Naomi. (Yeah now I'm definitely convinced that Tomas is using Kat and is a social climber. Dump him already Kat!)

Joey goes to visit Bill at the hospital while he was talking with Hayley. Hayley leaves and after Bill discusses his health condition with him Joey suggests that he should get answers from somewhere else if Garland can't give hin answers. Samantha returns home and hugs Tyrell telling him his the greatest big brother in the world. Martin claims Eva and Kat would argue about that. (Eva maybe but I don't know about Kat. 🤣🤣) Tyrell is grateful for his little sister's encouragement. Joey tells Hayley he thought she left. She comments about Vanessa and his relationship. Joey says she should worry about her husband's health not his relationship with Vanessa. He gets on the elevator and ask, "You're going down?" (Why does it sound like Joey was insinuating Hayley was going to hell for trying to hurt Bill?) Bill is resting in his room when Andre shows up to confront him

Vernon is with Dani to keep her calm and away from Hayley. He asks about Andre. Dani claims her phone is dead so she couldn't call him. Vernon also wonders where Hayley is. Hayley goes in the stairwell to call Randy and tell him about Bill. He isn't happy that Bill is in the hospital but Hayley thinks it's possible Bill will make her a widow by tomorrow. Leslie pops up looking for Ted but Ashley tells her Ted went home. She looks at the Duprees sitting in the waiting area and seems happy about someone in the family being sick. (Evil Leslie is definitely back.)

Nicole and Kial are talking about something to eat when she gets a text. Nicole calls Anita who tells her about Bill and Dani accidentally calling him her husband. Nicole tells Kial she has to go to the hospital to support Dani. Kial is curious about Dani still being attached to Bill. Nicole tells her that Dani met Bill when she was young and he was everything to her. Randy is upset that things aren't working out as planned and Joey comes on and asks him what's wrong. Andre comes home from the photoshoot but Dani isn't home. Leslie pretends she cares Hayley being alienated from the rest of the family. They're talk about being mistresses that shouldn't be blamed for the demise of Ted and Bill's marriages.

Kat, Chelsea, Jacob and Naomi discuss how it's Hayley's fault Bill's in the hospital. Kat says she understands why Bill wants to avoid hospitals but planning a trip before knowing what's wrong with him wasn't smart. Hayley tries to antagonize Chelsea and Naomi. Dani tells her to shut up when Nicole shows up with Kial to calm her down. She tells her to not allow Hayley to cause her lose control. (It's one thing to not want Dani there but she has no right to ban his daughters from seeing him. They should have let Dani beat her ass.) Chelsea calls Andre and mistakenly tells him Dani is in the hospital. He rushes to the hospital. Joey is trying to find out why Randy is upset and he's lying about someone scamming his mother. Leslie gives advice to Hayley while people are watching them. Bill is out of surgery in recovery awake and wants to see Dani first. Dani goes in to see him. Nicole talks with Anita about her choice (Kial) and if she made the right choice. Anita likes anyone who puts a smile on Nicole's face. They talk about Dani getting caught up in her feelings with Bill again. Kial goes to get food for Nicole.

Bill tells Dani he's sorry for everything wrong he's done or said to her. Naomi, Chelsea, Jacob and Kat see Leslie talking with Hayley and it looks suspicious but they have a lot in common. Jacob says what? Kat reminds him that they're both liars and homewreckers. Kat says Jacob needs to take a detective course. Naomi tells Kat don't come for her man. Kat is thinking about getting information from Leslie about Hayley. Jacob tells Kat to stay away from Leslie because she's dangerous. Kat says Leslie owes her because she gave her daughter part of her liver. They're talking about Hayley cheating on Bill. Vernon overhears and he wants to know more. He calls Joey about one of his workers associating with Hayley. Vernon thinks Joey is trying to get dirt on Bill to blackmail him. Joey says he doesn't need to do that because he already has enough to blackmail Bill.

Andre shows up thinking Dani is in the hospital. Ashley explains what's going on. Nicole takes Andre into her office to wait for Dani who's in the recovery room with Bill. Hayley barges in. Dani leaves and Hayley whines that it was hurtful that he asked for Dani first. Bill said he wanted a clear conscience if he didn't make it. Hayley pretends to be impressed by what Bill did. Dani tells the girls they can go see their dad. Chelsea apologizes to Amdre for the mix up. Dani is surprised Andre is there. He asks her if she's ready to leave, she looks at Nicole and says yes. Andre takes Dani home, Chelsea and Naomi go to see Bill and Jacob takes Kat to see Tomas.

Naomi and Chelsea visit Bill and Naomi gets things for him while Hayley stays with Bill. (Maybe she'll do a little snooping and get some evidence against Hayley.) Vernon and Anita come back home and they're concerned with Dani hoping she's not falling for Bill again. Dani and Andre come back home and he said he had a surprise for her but when he got home he was surprised. Dani promises she will make sure her phone is always charged. They start making out.

Zilla Fatu's NXT debut

I'm so proud of Zilla knowing what he's been through and how he's changed his life.

Most of the comments have been supportive and positive but of course there are haters. For example, some guy on Instagram commented "Not another Samoan" and people called him out on his racism. Any time wrestling fans express they like Roman Reigns or anyone in his family, the haters call them glazers. No one is saying they have to like The Anoa'is and Fatus but when people complain about the Samoans in wrestling it's clearly stems from their racism and their desire to keep wrestling an industry full of Caucasian men.
