My Weight loss Rules & Stats
1,500 - 2,000 calories per day (try to aim for less)
No eating after 8pm
No eating before 12pm
64oz (2L) aka 4 bottles of 16oz water a day
Only weigh myself in the morning
If hyperfocusing on food then READ, it will get my mind off of it and put my time into something more useful.
