“How the 2010s Killed Feminism” by Herby Revolus, an excellent analysis of the co-opting of intersectional feminism within pop culture, including features by TeeNoir, Conscious Lee and Laverne Cox (!)
Description: As a 2010's girlie, i know first hand the stronghold pop feminists like beyonce & taylor swift had on a generation of girls & gays. But after years of reading actual intersectional feminist like bell hooks & kimberle crenshaw & even watching my girls like @Teenoir @KhadijaMbowe & more I have a new outlook on what Im calling "The Miseducation of Feminism".
