And my first ever attempt at baking bread. I chose a brioche type. Came out killer.

I have learned about weekly food prep. Been going 3 weeks of using Sundays as my weekly food prep. I listen to music, dance in the kitchen and pretend I'm a wizard making some concoction in the pot. Today I prepped 2 orders of chicken parm. 1 chicken patty sandwich and 2 orders of pressure cooker pork chops with a side of hoppin John's.
